Great location, walking distance to Malecón & iguana park. comfortable king bed. Lovely staff… the hotel itself is dated. With carpets and musty smell in room.

When arrived I turn around and left without giving check in. The front of the hotel was man’s drinking And loud almost at 11 pm the I arrived call the hotel and let them know the I didn’t feel safe checking in and they told me the unfortunately they can not refund. I told them the my safety are more important and left. This is not a safe area. Lots of homeless sleeping stone the area.

I have been staying at this hotel for years. It is In the middle of the city center so it’s easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is clean and safe. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is AMAZING! I love all staff but Christian in reception is the best! The breakfast buffet is excellent. I’ve been staying here for 10 years and wouldn’t change.
