Every time I go to Bien Hoa I stay here, I really like the staff and everything.

Checkout took a while, room soundproofing was poor, inside the room you could still hear the outside noise from the next room.

I really like staying here because the staff is friendly, the breakfast is rich, the room is clean and beautiful.

There 's never a bad stay at this hotel. Apart from being the most impeccably appointed hotel in the area, as well as being very centrally located, it 's fair to say that the level of service at this hotel is better than anything else nearby. Breakfast is also a wonderful array of foods which you won't find anywhere else. I would highly recommend a stay here if you're in the area, particularly as the rates are very reasonable.

Customer care and support service is very bad.

It's okay for now. The food at Seashell restaurant is delicious. But the BBQ on the 22nd floor is not very delicious. My hotel room cleaning is not very thorough. 1 clay nail left. I almost stepped on it and it was dangerous. Remaining good reception and service.
