Habitaciones amplias, pequeños detalles a mejorar en los banos y el aislamiento acustico entre las habitaciones es deficiente, en general es un buen hotel

I liked that it had lots of chairs and couches. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice. There was a nice young man who asked to help with our luggage. The room could use a little more light because we study there. There was a place to eat and have coffee. Beautiful facilities. Online there was a hot tub mentioned so I was really looking forward to relaxing in it. Maybe take that off the website if there isn't one. Also, my salmon in the restaurant was not quite cooked enough and I had a slight touch of food poisoning. The restaurant was delicious and the waiter very professional.

The restaurant was good. Huge pool. Good choice if you have kids. Nothing in the area. The room was okay. Loud music from somewhere on the property til quite late at night.

Bien: parking gratuit; vaste chambre (Chambre Premium); vaste lit confortable; petit-déjeuner varié; vaste piscine avec zone pour enfant. Mal: trajet compliqué pour atteindre l'hôtel; alors que l'heure de check-in était 14:00, la chambre n'a été disponible qu'à 15:30 sans aucune excuse de la part du personnel de réception; absence d'une lampe de chevet à l'un des côtés du lit; éclairage de la chambre insuffisant; serviettes de toilette en nombre insuffisant et très usagées; absence de gel douche; non remplacement des flacons de shampooing et des savonettes; fuite d'eau au niveau du bas du w-c; présence d'asticots dans le bac de douche; café du petit-déjeuner mauvais.

Everything ok

One of our rooms had humidity odor, the other one was fine.

Couple of minor inconveniences (best parking area was temporarily closed due to tree trimming and key card stopped working at one point), but overall very impressed with the accommodations.

The hotel is great and the service very very good. The gym needs a little more love and care. Great restaurant!

It was a pleasant surprise!. Great facility and staff. The gym needs an upgrade and better control because kids can access it easily without parents' supervision making their safety to other guess responsibility.

Hotel was renewed and very clean, the only remak would be the access, as the road is extremely bad to get there. Staff was nice in general, room very clean.
