Noisy and the lift was not feeling safe. The staff were great though and the location central.

Hotel manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room is value for what you paid. Unfortunately tne police in town terrorize tourists.

Old property. Felt like a prison. Charges more money for extra person. Rooms should for minimum 2 people. More friendlier hotels in surrounding area who doesn't charge extra for 2nd person.

I have stayed here numerous times. It's a great budget hotel where it you are a repeat customer, everyone remembers you.

Excellent Staff! Very Friendly and Helpful. Mr. Ambrose, with Security was especially helpful. I arrived around 1am. He greeted me at my car. Grabbed my Bags, waited until I finished my check in process, then carried my bags to my room.

Nature theme of wooden floors and craft furniture. The shower was rather tight spaced though, a picky person may not be too comfortble

The Nairobi weather being cold required hot water. But that was not available and the technician could not be found.

Was a bit lacking in modern conveniences. Also extension of stay was claimed and charged at a higher rate - for not equivalent amenities for the price as compared with other accommodation.

Commensurate with what I paid for. Check in was excellent. Service was fantastic.

Helpful staff. My room was clean and comfortable. Good location. Wifi works well for the most part. Good room for the price. You get the value for your money.

The hotel amenities need to be changed. The second floor of the hotel needs a face lift.

I stayed at this hotel prior and after a Safari tour. The location is great, near many cafes and Nairobi craft market. Very centric. It has security staff at the entrance and all doors and access to the rooms and corridors have secured doors. The rooms are not soundproof though and you can hear voices of people talking and the very loud music from the restaurant nearby, on Thursday the music lasted until midnight and on Friday it went on until 3am. Asked front desk for a room change in the evening of Friday once the music started again and he refused to do so claiming that it was because I have already used the room during the day. There were also small roaches in the room (bathroom and over the table).

It is close to city center, so that can be an advantage for a business-person. If you want a quiet place to relax, this hotel is not for you. .
