The staff was great in answering questions. Very patient when I asked about arranging a taxi for an excursion for the entire day. Set me up with a cab driver that they do business with on a regular basis and I received a discounted rate.

The breakfast was fresh. The beef, in particular, was well seasoned and delicious. My favorite was the dessert bar. Great variety and not too sweet.

Oro Verde is so fantastic. My pregnant fiancée and I stayed there before and after our baby was born because we live 2 hrs away. The entire hotel staff treated us with such care. They also surprised use with a cute llama doll for my baby and chocolate and fruit plate for us. They also helped my fiancée move around the hotel in a wheelchair which was so helpful. We were so appreciative and thankful for the great, super above and beyond service. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

Comfortable accommodations. It was very cold and rainy during our visit to Cuenca, having heat in the room was very important and welcome!

The hotel is in a great area, restaurants are all around walking distance. Excellent location

The staff was super helpful and accommodating! I do not speak spanish and they were very gracious, kind and patient. Everyone was very hospitable! The hotel was beautifully decorated! A very Classy and welcoming environment!

Is my second time staying here, I really enjoy this hotel, rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the food from both restaurants is really good. The neighbohour is safe and you can practice outdoors activities

The staff and the service was amazing. I loved my room. The hotel was clean and I liked it. The restaurant cooked great food, including room service. I loved the breakfast buffet!! The pool was nice and the water was warm even when it was cool outside.

The staff is amazing. They are very pet friendly and treated my dog so well. They even provided a doggie bed for the night, treats, and a fire hydrant shaped poop bag dispenser. That is above and beyond service. I love this place which is why I always stay here when Im in Cuenca.
