The hotel is fine. The WiFi didn’t work. I asked for an extra towel and robe as only one was provided in the room. They never arrived. I wasn’t allowed to use the pool because the pool cleaner was doing his thing. Other than that I’d say the hotel was fine. Nice bed, decent shower.

The guys at the front desk was welcoming. My dislikes are, the room was hot, no hot water to shower. Worst one is the bed sheets and towels don't match the standard of the hotel title. It was very dirty.

Love staying here. Staff are super professional and friendly. It’ll be great if the hotel changes the very worm down carpets in the corridors and also put de-humidifiers in the rooms.

I stayed at Radisson Blu for 3 nights and, as a Radisson Club member, I have to say this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had—not just globally, but even across Africa. To begin with, the breakfast was shockingly poor: the bread was old, the selection was far from healthy, and the cheese was cut so thin it was barely visible—I’ve never seen anything like it. The cucumbers were inedible on multiple mornings, and there was zero variety day-to-day. In-room coffee was another letdown. No espresso machine, no proper coffee setup—just terrible instant coffee in sachets, which is unacceptable at this price point. I paid $130–$150 per night, and to put this in perspective, many of the staff here earn $40 a month. It makes me wonder where that money goes, because it certainly doesn’t reflect in the quality of the service, food, or amenities. Radisson should seriously re-evaluate the standards at this property. It doesn’t live up to the brand’s promise, and I would not recommend it to fellow travelers.

O hotel é bom no geral. Algumas coisas somente eu melhoraria, como o café da manhã, que não tem muitas opções e o café em si é muito ruim. Além disso, a iluminação no quarto é terrível de noite. Não encontrava nada, pois não tinha luz no teto, somente abajours. Fora isso, achei ótimo o fato de eu chegar no aeroporto e ter uma plaquinha do Radisson para dar apoio com a lancha e o transfer. Por mais que eles cobrem por esse serviço (acho que 65 usd) é bem feito. Pois eu não tinha reservado transporte do aeroporto, e mesmo assim fui recebida.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. They organised my pick up and drop to the airport. They changed my room when my AC wasn't working in the room. They were eager to please. Kudos to the hotel staff for putting their chin up. The owners of the hotel need to refurbish this hotel. It is a shame for Radisson Blu to put their logo on this shambles of infrastructure!
