I liked that it was close to the airport; not really conducive to walking around and seeing the sites, but great when you need to be close to the airport. Nice restaurant; staff are lovely and helpful

We've stayed here twice. Both times for a brief layover. The first was only for a few hours and staff work us up early by mistake. We are satisfied how the management dealt with the issue. Regardless, the design of the flooring transmits noises from above very easily so in both our stays we could hear the people in the unit above us as they moved around. It didn't wake us up, but when we were awake it bothered us.

We loved our super short stay after flying into the Nairobi airport.

Quick overnight between flights that went perfectly. Contacted CS prior & confirmed we needed the shuttle on arrival & there was a rep with Crowne Plaza sign directing us to shuttle. 15 minutes later we were checked in & in our room. Entire staff were lovely & personable. Morning shuttle was on time & large shuttle bus had a trailer for luggage. Great stay. Recommend for the value.

Good and quick transport from the airport to the hotel, no need to wait for everyone on the flight which was amazing as I had no luggage

Exceptional customer service, very slick shuttle service from the airport. Everything was wonderful except the only complaint is waiting over an hour for our evening meal. I understand that the staff need to eat too ( all the staff disappeared for at least 20 minutes) but as we were the only ones ordering food in the restaurant we would have appreciated being kept informed that there was going to be a delay especially as we had an early flight the next day.

We stayed at this hotel between flights and LOVED the free service to pick us up from the airport. Everyone was sooo wonderful. We liked the hotel, loved the staff. The food was not good, they need a new executive chef to improve the food.

great for transiting Nairobi. Not much in walking distance but with a taxi or Uber you can visit several places.

A great spot for an overnight stay and being close to the airport. Room was nice and modern, staff friendly and food was okay. Free airport shuttle was really helpful and easy to locate at the airport. Hotel is gated so seemed quiet safe inside.

A great hotel if flying into or leaving Nairobi. Convenient location to airport. Professional staff and really nice hotel. Shout-out for great service to Arnold, Sharon and Rehab. Will definitely stay at the hotel again.
