All were OK until electricity stopped for a while with no A/C (39 C) ... sweating and suffering from the heat wave due to electrical issues

Unforgettable stay. Staff was so friendly and welcoming. The kids really had fun, the area was family and kids friendly. I highly recommend the stay.

Beautiful property, junior suite, and view of lagoon and sea. Great design and helpful staff. We had an issue with smoke smell in our first room ( was supposed to be non smoking but previous guests ignored this) and the manager made it right within minutes. The young woman with long brown hair who checked us in was very professional and knowledgeable. She made everything smooth for us. Thank you

One of the best hotels i ever stayed at, the beach is super clean, they made sure the private pool is always clean and asked about the temperature cause they knew we had infant with us. The staff starting from the front desk all the way to the lifeguards are wonderful, highly recommended

Food expensive

What a wonderful time and an even more wonderful staff. From Eyad, the hotel manager, to Ismael and Kenneth from the restaurant, to the warm and contagious smile of Suha. This stay had no misses. Ann from housekeeping was a delight. I absolutely loved everything about my stay. There was an issue with my food order and Ahmad at the pool immediately notified the manager, they rectified the issue immediately and made me feel welcomed. I will never stay anywhere else when I visit Aqaba. This trip and the time at Al Manara was everything I needed and more.

We had the most incredible four day stay at the Al Manara. An absolutely stunning property from the minute you enter the gates, drive up to the front doors, greeted at reception and then enter your room to the beautiful ocean view, everything took our breath away. The welcome by Sahar could not have been friendlier. As our stay proceeded we were greeted with great smiles and warm welcomes by everyone - management (at every level), restaurant reception, Suna and servers Cecil, Daniella and Yvonne (all stars) Kenneth at the pool snack bar, so, so accommodating, Rahmann, so kind and generous, Kadek and Crystal at the Spa, fabulous, Rose, the housekeeper, all touched our hearts in a very special way. We have travelled extensively in SE Asia, Europe and North America and we have never felt the same level of sincere welcome and attention. We saw many spectacular highlights in Jordan but the thing that touched us most was the people. All those at this hotel did their very best ( as one of the managers shared) to not only make you feel like you are at your second home but you are actually at home. They succeeded at every level. Simpy one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Staff were beyond excellent, facilities were perfect and I can not wait to return one day. Can not recommend enough.

This hotel is great and the staff are super helpful and friendly. It is a short cab ride from the hotel to Ayla Marina and a 15 min walk to the main st in Aqaba. The staff here are very attentive and friendly. The amenities in the rooms are great and pool / beach areas are super nice. The only down side is that the hotel doesn’t offer any water sports
