It was a nice place, people were friendly (and could speak English), the breakfast buffet was wonderful, meals we also very good. Room was clean and spacious.

On Expedia this hotel breakfast free. But when I was in hotel reception staff says breakfast needs to pay. I can’t understand this .

Great central hotel to explore the city! WiFi was okay, air con worked well, room was clean and spacious! Downside… the food was absolutely terrible!

A 3-star hotel, more variety of food needed, esp seafood. Restaurant staff often do not know if food contains beef or pork inside; can mislead guests who only eats veg or white meat.

A bit more expensive than I imagined. Services of transfer and restaurant are quite expensive for the city, but the hotel was overall pleasant enough.

The property is good but I could not use the tub because there was no stopper instead iI used the shower.

Hotel quite gloomy at night, rooms are a bit tired, and, much worse, staff/management are extremely dishonest. They promised to refund me after an early check out, and then refused to proceed.

Upon check in we received a warm welcome from the person who was on duty that day. Went out of his way to make our arrival a pleasant one.

It was 2nd time here, it is suitable for our needs. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in the area suitable for restaurants and places of interest.

We had a very nice room to start with but no view so we asked to change this was done without any hassle so very pleased with next room plus view!. Very convenient hotel we could walk to various interesting places. Had taxi to restaurant not far away which was very good. We liked this hotel

There were some little issues but overall I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It is a solid three star. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful. My room was very spacious and well appointed and laundry charges were very acceptable.

Exceeded my expectations... judging from the outside hence I've stayed there more that once. It is safe; and modern in an unpretentious way. The staff are also pleasant and helpful.

firstly dissapointing for a 3star hotel without a pool and chill out area. The service was extremely slow from reception. The shuttle service is extremely dissapointing. They charge in dollars, there is no such as free shuttle to airport. I had to fight to be transported back to airport at a free cost, which is just about 10 minutes drive
