They should consider handicapped access to enter the hotel and to access the different floors.

Staff was great. Pool was small and closed most of the time of our stay and when open we were leaving would stay again staff was knowledgeable

Staff was very welcoming and hospitable, all the amenities seemed very up to date, and the restaurant food was very good! The pool was closed for a couple days and they issued food credit per person, they also have happy hour 2 for 1 drinks twice a day. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Barbados!

Great location ,Everything was great but the seaweed ocean…had to go the west coast everyday…cause all the beaches around the area of the hotel had so much seaweed…nothing they can control but around hurricane season they said it always gets like this…overall great place and good staff

This was my third stay at the property, and I continue to be impressed. The location is excellent — with plenty to explore within walking distance — and the hotel keeps evolving. On each visit, I’ve noticed thoughtful updates; this time, I particularly liked the redesigned reception waiting area and the refreshed layout of the bar. The rooms remain as comfortable and well-maintained as ever. It’s also one of the few hotels I’ve stayed in that offers a welcome drink and a discount at their restaurant — a small gesture that makes a big difference. The food was outstanding, with a wide range of options from local dishes to international favourites. The hotel is family-friendly, well-located, and consistently delivers on service and comfort. I’ll definitely be returning.
