The shower was not sealed on the edges and leaked into the whole bathroom almost flooding. Shower drain was so dirty that it did not drain properly. WiFi speed was terrible. Rooms were dirty as were the hallways. Took forever to check in.

I booked it on short notice, but it was a great trip. Everything was perfect.

This is an older hotel which was built back in the early 70’s but it just needs touch ups here and there. Staff was great and helpful throughout our stay. We even extended another 9 more days under the military rate directly with the hotel. View was amazing and the fact that I can go onto the balcony and sit on the patio furniture was completely worth it. We did not like the beds at all. Very uncomfortable and pillows are very worn down.

Room ac did not get cold. Called maintenance but didnt fix the issue. Room 1414

Stayed here during a port visit in Guam. Wonderful location. Pool overlooking the beach below. Good location on the high street and walkable to ABC stores, restaurants, and other spots of interest. Room was quiet and comfortable with a great view. The outside of the hotel looks a bit rough (storm damage), but the inside was impressive.

It's so hard to open that there's a separate "video on how to open the balcony of the Leaf Hotel." I asked the front for help regarding it, but it didn't come even if it took 20 minutes. Found crumbs of cookies left by someone under the shelf, macadamia. The swimming pool and location are excellent

I booked 3 rooms, but in one the toilet didn't flush properly, in another the sink was so weak it was unusable, and the last room had such poor drainage that the bathroom was backing up.

Needs complete renovation. Everything is old. TV is tiny. Service is outstanding, friendly and professional staff. Pool is beautiful, rooms are to be desired.

No Restaurant, no bar, but clearly stated on Expedia, but you can buy a pack of noodles and put some hot water on them in your room - old rooms, small bathroom, and the Air Conditioning is useless.... balconies not cleaned, if you go outside, you need to wash your feet before getting in bed. you pay for breakfast in advance, they then give you coupons to go to a local cafe, like a welfare case, as you cant even use them on the normal menu.

Hotel is really accessible with lots of shops and restaurants around the area. The beach view is really awesome. Overall it is dated. You can always see the cleaning staff hard at work. Floors and surroundings are clean. The hotel needs renovations though. The room cleaning service staff do not replenish toiletries. Bed is springy and pillows need to be fluffed. Other than some details, you get what you pay for.

3박 했는데 청소를 한번도 제대로 하지 않았음 손님 있을때 와서 타월이나 쓰레기통갈아줄까 묻고 갈아주는 게 다였음 처음엔 청소시간에 객실에 있어서 였겠지 했는데 아니었음 손님이 객실에 없을땐 청소를 안 하고 들어오지도 않음 슬리퍼가 없는 호텔 처음이었고 테이블이 없는 객실도 처음이었음 첫날 항의를 했어야 했다고 후회 중임 이런 호텔은 망해야 힌ㅁ

Pros: Cheap Friendly Staff Good Location Pool/view is amazing Cons: Rooms smell heavily of mildew Hotel in is generally not in great condition They charged me for a plastic utensil set. Never had this done at a hotel before.

Quiet place

毎年この時期に利用させて頂いてます。 街が少し寂しい感じはありますが、日頃の疲れをグアムは癒してくれます。 リーフは古いですが、1番アクセス良く気に入ってます。 ビーチタワーに泊まって5泊しましたがベランダに椅子が無い為、ダイソーで椅子を買い持参してます。 ベランダで何時間もゆっくりできます。
