Great stay the rooms need sound proofing and it will be perfect

My time my sheets didn't change no time but otherwise I like the area quite and nice.

The room was not prepared, roach on floor and bedbugs in the pillows was just a turn off

The property is close to the stores on front street. Unfortunately to enter you have to go up a flight of stairs with your luggage. While resting I was called by the reception and she inquired if I took someone suitcase. I let her enter my room to check. This is rather inconvenient.Noone came back to tell me if they found the suitcase. Service should be priority.

the relaxation at the pool was amazing, clean and very much tranquil

This hotel is in a great location and what a choice between the pool or beach! Staff are very nice and helpful. The only criticism is that the rooms need painting. Facilities are fantastic but the property definitely needs a paint to make it more inviting.

The staff is worth the stay. The hotel hospitality towards the guess is more to saving money for themselves

The room was dirty and the furnitures was old and run down peeling off and dirty. It wasnt what I saw online and expected. Mold was on the wall from the Ac leaking. AC look like it hasnt been clean forever.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly. Will miss the bar staff. Keep up the good work

Very convenient hotel to stay at when shopping in Philipsburg

It was right in the middle of the boardwalk so it was like a ten minute walk at most to anywhere I wanted to go. The staff were super friendly and helpful!!!!

This hotel could be really special because of its location and pool area, but the beds rooms and breakfast rooms are in desperate need of updating, and owners of this place need to act quickly, because all I heard in the 6 days I stayed here was customers complaining about everything .. the staff can’t handle the stress, because it’s not their fault.. it will continue to receive more bad reviews until these issues are resolved!

Overall a nice place for a getaway.

My room was old and lobby being on up a flight of stairs on a street with no parking is inconvenient. No coffee machine in the room is also not so nice. Staff were helpful and friendly

Staff need to do better waited over a hour for a staff to check out an get bk my deposit, no one was there.
