Ruangan ga wangi, sprei burik, peralatan mandi ngga ada di kamar kami dan harus minta ke bawah dulu baru dianter, include sarapan pagi ga dikasih tau di jam berapa sampai jam berapa. Yang paling menyedihkan pas di komplain ngga ada kata maaf. Minimal 5S nya diterapin deh. Pokoknya pelayanan ngga ramah, bintang 1 😌.

Untuk kamar yang saya dapat kurang nyaman di harga 260rb an, kondisi lampu kamar mati 1, lampu tidur/senja tidak ada. Unntuk kamar mandi tidak ada wastafel. Keran sepertinya rusak, hanya bisa diputar satu arah dan yang keluar hanya air panas, tidak ada air dingin/normal. Colokan listrik di pojok dan jauh dari meja kerja. Tapi untuk sarapan masih ada, walaupun sebatas nasi goreng. Semoga ke depannya bisa diperbaiki lagi, sukses terus.

It's so bad I can't even imagine the story. 1. The bathroom ceiling leaked in several places. I don't know what the leak was. What if it was dirty water? Honestly, I was shocked to find out that the ceiling leaked after a while with duct tape. 2. My food was covered in ants. I'd only put it on the table for a moment before it was covered in ants. 3. Parking in the basement had a very steep ramp, and access to the room had to be climbed from there because the guest access door between the basement and the reception on the first floor was locked even though there were a lot of guests. I can't imagine how slippery it would be when it rained. Parking was a bit difficult because it was narrow and dark, plus there was no security, so I was worried about vehicle safety. 4. The room was extremely dusty, the mattress was dusty, the floor was dusty, and my body itched from sleeping there... I even cleaned the sheets outside the room. 5. The sink didn't have a drain pipe, so when you open the faucet, a waterfall would fall. 6. There are actually many other things, like the windows, which don't have lock slots, so the sound of cars and motorbikes passing by, plus the sound of motorbikes, was really disturbing. 7, etc. The plus side is that I was there during Ramadan, woken up for sahur (pre-dawn meal) and given sahur food.

It's not comfortable to stay. Service is not good. Really sorry.
