It is an emasculate hotel

A unique experience located across from Nairobi National Park. Hotel has a great staff and convenient location to the airport.

We arrived in Nairobi at night, this was a good hotel to sleep in for the night before travelling to our destination. Helpful person at check in, and the porters were fab.

Staff was very helpful. The property was clean. Great buffet breakfast. Close to airport. Perfect after an extened two day of travel from the US.

Close to airport and train terminal. Close to Southern Bypass if your going on Safari to Massei Mara or North to the lakes. Chinese restaurant and a cafe on site, atm and skating rink. Deluxe option gives you one-way free Airport transfer. Very Convient for arrivals after long flight. Fast Internet. Highly recommend!

The pleasantness of the staff

I loved the place. The staff were very kind and helpful

Stayed 3 times arriving after Maasai Safari and after Mombassa and flying home. Excellent location whether you are going on Safari or arriving/departing via JKIA, also close to train station. And close to Southern Bypass if going to Maasai Mara or haeding south. Recommend the Deluxe option for easy pickup at airport and breakfast option. If you go for the Natl Park view make sure your above the 6th floor. Several good restaurants in the hotel along with gym and ICE skating rink! Nairobi Natl Park well worth a day trip especially if you missed the Rhino's at Maasai Mara. Highly recommend!

Everything was Ok for a night stay.

Their hospitality is top notch

This was my first time in Kenya and a fantastic experience. As depicted in the pictures, the Panari certainly lived up to its prestige. Things I liked: 1) Guest relations, Ms. Claira was EXCELLENT, 5 STARS :) Because we were there for only 12 hours, Claira organized 3 Kenyan experiences, which my wife and I completed in 3 hours. Griffe feeding, need making factory & Maasi Market. 2) The view ot the natural Park with wild animals. 3) The lobby felt very welcoming. Things I did not like: 1) Much-needed upgrade of workout equipment. 2) The shower curtain falls too close to the body. 3) Room service is too slow to respond at times. In all, I would highly recommend this hotel to the next visitor.

This is far from a 5 star hotel It would be lucky to be a 3 star. It is old dated and needs updating. The manager (a male) had no idea when he was quoting hotel terms and conditions. When asked to provide the same, he had no idea. When asked to show on the web site, he could not provide. Indoor pool not heated Overall a very poor experience. Would not stay there again - nor would recommend to anyone. Way too expensive for what it is. Located on a busy road. The shopping mall below was 60% empty and deserted.

This place is awesome and the people are amazing. Very kind hearted. Always making sure you are okay. The hotel is great, with many amenities to offer as well. I would recommend you staying here. Lord willing I will definitely be staying here again, when I come back the Kenya 🇰🇪 thank you my Brother’s and sister’s you made me feel very welcome and safe. I’m from USA 🇺🇸 I’ll be back

To be honest i found the condition of the hotel quite bad considering the price. Food in the restaurant was terrible.
