The property is nice but I did not like the view from my suite and it was too noisy collecting the carnage at 6 am and beginning demolition on adjacent site at 7:00!!! You can see the pic from my window!

I book a deluxe room and I got no windows inside the room the inly window was in the roof The sun was inside all the time and it was so warm.

I was surprised by the size of the room and bathroom. Super clean. Great location near to everything you need. Amazing spa although they need more staff. There was renovation working from 3 to 6 PM which made alot of noise, i guess that won’t be the case in near future anymore. Overall I recommend the hotel to friends.

The check in staff was helpful and friendly. The room and shower were very clean with strong showering water, which I really liked for hotels.

The hotel was very appealing, well designed, clean and cozy. The room was very accommodating, clean and had everything you need. Buffet breakfast was very good and lots of options. Staff were nice and polite. Only stayed for a night but will be back and stay longer.

It was right in the center of town and a block or two away from the beach.

Good breakfast and dining staff. Very NOISY room! couldnt sleep due to outside noise and when moved to another room-noise of the cooling system located inside the room ceiling and from the hotel staff worked in front room.Water prob in detail: A.Couldnt sleep due to several disturbing reasons: 1. frequent loud noise of the street although windows were closed.(people shouting, cars, dogs). 2. After changing to an interior side room-random noise from the central cooling system located in our room ceiling, also when our air condition is closed. (hotel asked extra charge for interior room and after we asked to cancel - it was upgraded without extra). 3.On the last night technical hotels team worked in the room in front of us with vaccum. There was no attention it is after 23:30. The door left open and loud voice contined after the vaccum was finished. All this was about 1 hour. B. Water problems - 1. First suddenly during the shower the water stream stopped. And dirty water came ! It was more than 1 hour till was fixed. Hotel said problem is at whole hotel. 2. Another day it was whole city problem and again no water in the shower for about an hour. C. Of corse all above were appealed to the reception. Room noise they first promised an answer by whatsapp after 11 but no one contacted.. A.C system noise they sent technician but actually it wasn't solved. Noise from the opposite door they choose to notice it is only 20min and not 30min..although it was continued as described.
