The receptionist was less than responsive. Checking in on a weekend should involve more experienced staff to speed up check-in. Housekeeping was also lacking, taking a long time to get an iron. However, the breakfast was varied.

the staff is very friendly. the surrounding view is beautiful. but the only problem is the room cleanliness. when i entered the room i found some areas are dirty. even the bed cover and the pillows.

The room wasn't very clean. It was cramped. There were stains and hair on the mattress, even though I chose a deluxe room.

Actually the staff was amazing one thing that made me disappointed was the room at first we booked a superior queen room but had to transfer two times because the room was dirty and lots of ants toilet is dirty as well and bed sheets ate stained. Then we decided to upgrade our room to a deluxe queen room bit better but still had ants in the room and bathroom needs renovation tried to order room service but the phone was not working so had to message reception thru online. Amazing staff only the room was dirty and needs to be maintained properly

The service from the receptionist to the service at breakfast time is very good. The staff is friendly, smiling, and quick when we ask for help. Will stay here again, satisfying.

The best hotel breakfast in Takengon, very varied. Entertainment on TV is also varied. Wi-Fi is very fast. But some parts of the room still need repair. The curtains are torn, towels have faded to other colors, soap/shampoo equipment is incomplete.

The sheets and blankets were stained, the wifi didn't reach the room. The bathroom was broken, the water overflowed, there was a lot of dirt and it smelled. Until now, I haven't received any compensation from this hotel. Quite disappointed to be honest.

This should be a concern and can be anticipated by management so that the hotel's reputation is maintained.

A bit worried about staying here after seeing other reviews but thank God the place is nice, the room is spacious and the atmosphere is calm It's really worth it for me with a standard price to get facilities like this # could be an option if I go to Takengon again 🥰😍
