It was good. I only stayed there one night and only spent my sleeping hours there.

The train was banging on the track and moving stuff at 5:30 AM. Couldn’t sleep after that!

This property is very nice. It was well maintained, comfortable beds, very clean. But if you are a light sleeper request a room on the back side of the hotel. It is right next to a very busy freeway and a train track. The train was rumbling by at 4:45am. Still a very nice place to stay.

The hotel was very nice. The surrounding area did not offer much in the way of conveniences.

Wasn't impressed with overall noise and the lack of hot water.

Hotel is great! Would definitely stay again. Staff is great, clean property. Surrounding area, Tacoma, it’s an armpit. But if you’re staying in that area, this is a good one!

Arrived late after a ferry ride from Canada on Sunday Aug. 3, lady at the front desk (Crystal?) just about the most friendly and perky hotel staff ever encountered. She was still on duty the next morning, cheerily teaching other staff. That lady definitely deserves a raise and/or promotion. Breakfast was standard, ground floor lobby area nice and spacious. Room was adequate but not amazing. Would really prefer windows that open.

The only thing that let me feel uncomfortable is the train noise in the early morning.
