Close to main hub of transportation. Very convenient access to different sightseeing spots.

Very convenient location to Utsunomiya station. Checkin was seamless. The usual smallish business hotel room. Although it had a better layout than other places we've stayed, which made it easier with our luggage. Room vacuuming seems a bit slapdash as we found hair on the floor around the room. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant staff were fantastic. Like most business hotels the pillows were the flat buckwheat style, so not great.

Very handy for the train station. Excellent staff , always very friendly and helpful . Have stayed here before and will stay here again .

Really nice hotel. Friendly staff. I left my suitcases twice, so I could go out and see the sights of Utsunomiya. I’ve stayed here twice now, and I’d recommend it just for the staff and how close it is to the station.

寝るだけだったので施設に特に不満は感じませんでした。コンセントが浴室と遠いので鏡を見ながらドライヤーできなかったところは微妙でした。部屋の防音は問題なかった気がします。 同じ価格帯でマシなホテルが近辺にあるのでもう利用はしないと思います。 5時頃で混んでいたのか、チェックインに時間かかりました。
