The home looks exactly like how it is in the photos, condition of home seems good and new. Bedrooms and toilets are at the lower floor, while the living and kitchen area are at the upper floor. The stairs may be slightly steep, but this is the standard Japanese home design. Overall stay was very comfortable, home was warm enough in the winter, space was sufficient for 3 adults. Parking was right outside the house, very convenient.

It was perfect for our family of three. Walking distance to the station and arena. The stairs to the kitchen living room area are a little steep. Bedrooms, bathroom, and laundry are down stairs.

My group needed a place to stay for 10 days. Rakuten Stay House was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located, close to shopping and dining, and well equipped kitchen if we wanted to stay in. We would certainly stay there again.

Very amazing experience. There was plenty of room and everything was spotless. Would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, new, and clean. All the necessities were on the property, including a parking space, fridge, TV, and iron.

101: As pictured. Well appointed. 2 bedrooms, shower/laundry and separate toilet room downstairs. Kitchen, living room and tatami room upstairs. Stairs feel steep so if you have elderly or young children make note of that. A little hard to find at first at night with car gps. Used google maps and had to make one more turn and found it.

We had a great stay with our family. The amenities are excellent and guest’s comfort are well thought off. The only setback is communication with non-Japanese speaking guests and check in using the tablet can be tedious. Other than that we had an excellent time and looking forward to book again.

The property had a lot of good amenities, very clean, new apartment, and space. Definitely recommend.

適合4-6人家庭 開車自駕的尤其適合 但一棟只有一個車位 走路到車站有點遠 便利商店也是遠 不適合走路的人 只有提供六個咖啡膠囊 下一次打掃前不補貨 面紙也不補

清潔感があり、細かな場所も配慮されていて、また次回も宿泊できたらと思います。

很讚!適合居住多天數

一棟貸しなので、気兼ねなく楽しめました。 ただお皿などの用意が少なくお椀や茶碗などもあったら嬉しいと思いました。 また、エアコンにものすごい埃が溜まっておりところどころ埃がたまっており気になりました。

施設はきれいで広くてよかったです。 駐車場は少し停めにくかった。 二階で、椅子を引きずる音や声がよく響いてしまっていた。 プロジェクターはとっても子供が喜んでくれました。 滞在中は快適に過ごせました。

タッチパネルの故障との事で、メールで宿泊者情報をやり取りするのが大変だった。

お部屋や台所、お風呂と、とてもキレイで、気持ちよく過ごせました。また利用したいです。ただ、一階にもテレビが欲しかったのと、タブレットの場所がわかりにくく、探してしまいました。テーブルの上に置くかタブレットの場所の案内をわかりやすいところにおいておいてほしいです。

車が宿の前に駐車できてよかった。 駅から５分くらいなので便利。
