Well presented property. Very clean and in a great location with walking distance to many Auckland sites including the Viaduct Harbour and Sky City. Many cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Car parks were quite small, but we were in a big car.

There was a poo left in the toilet on arrival, there was glass on the floor that hadn't been vacuumed and the were no soaps in the dispensers. Advised management but have had no response. Will not stay at the Ramada again!

Ramada by Wyndham is very affordable and convenient city stay in Auckland. Property is clean, even though room servicing is every other day housekeeping team seems to cope with tidiness with our room. My only issue is that there isn’t any 24/7 front desk service.

Two pubs next door and only a block from the casino Great. Some confusion about arranged late checkout but was quickly sorted

For the price it was great. Easy to check in and out online. As it was a work trip I had hoped that my room would have a desk and I was sure that the one in the photo had one.

Certainly located

Very nice sized room and vmcentrally located. Definitely liked thebwasher and dryer being in the room as well as the stove top. The only thing that will be a turn off to some is that there is not 24/7 concierge service, so I would also suggest that they issue a digital key incase a guest key lost or forgotten in room to vet back in the building.

Disappointed that there was no one at reception and difficult check in - I was expected to provide my credit card details through an intercom with people walking through the door!

Close to hop on hop off and excursion pick up, close to grocery store, close to food, walking distance to water front and excellent room.
