Muy buen hotel para estadias cortas y largas. Esta super bien ubicado. Las condiciones del hotel son muy buenas, es moderno y todo esta bien. El desayuno podria variar un poco, ya que cada dia, servian lo mismo pero todo es de buena calidad. Es mi segunda vez en el hotel y lo volveria a repetir, sin duda.

Great hotel in a beautiful neighborhood with many things to do that are all within safe walking distance. Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Food was also great and room was comfortable and modern. Would stay here again

Great staff. Gym is good, so is breakfast. Providencia is a middle class neighborhood in Santiago. Not as vibrant as others, but safe and great food and easy access to the metro which takes you everywhere.

The first 2 nights were sponsored by expat explore. Then we went to San Pedro de Atacama and left our luggages for the meantime. Then came back and stayed for another 2 nights paid by Expat Explore. After the tour, we extended our stay for 6 more nights. We felt safe in the area and located near Costañera, San Cristobal Hill and santa Lucia.

Modern hotel, mostly occupied by tourists for short stays. Breakfast is decent, and staff was very accomodating (they had plenty of electric transformers, for instance). My only regret is that the rooms are small, and there was not enough room for the luggage.

The staff were extremely helpful with recommendations for sightseeing and advice on how to get around. The area is great and the hotel is very comfortable !

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel My first room was not great - it had a very annoying and noisy bathroom fan that could not be turned off, electrical issues (the switch had a short and you could smell burning). It was fixed, but I had to ask for a change in the room because I was not comfortable staying there with all the electrical issues, plus the light coming in the room was extremely bright and the very thin roller blind was very inadequate. The staff was efficient but very nonchalant about it. The second room was much better, it had a quieter fan that could shut off. The bathroom had some mould between the tiles but otherwise it was very clean. The AC had a leak, but there was more shade (lower room nearer to other buildings). Overall it was much better Generally the staff were professional but not warm. Breakfast was good but for other meals the restaurant food was poor Location was good - near to Costanera Center and the lift to San Cristobal hill.
