My family and I stayed at Ocho Suites during our visit to Palma and I could not have been happier! We stayed in one of the Deluxe Suites and not only was it very well equipped, clean, and beautifully decorated, but also incredibly comfortable! The staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We can't wait to visit again!

Spacious apartment.

Amazing hotel. The level of detail was amazing. I really enjoyed the fact that it had a seperate living room with a balcony and you could sit on the balcony and chill and enjoy your time. They level of detail from a beach towel, ghd blow dryer and straightner, a TV that had Netflix and YouTube. Overall a very relaxing spacious room that allowed you to both stay in and go out as you pleased.

We absolutely loved the location of this beautifully designed hotel. It was perfect for our stay (with small kids) and the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating.

Wonderful little boutique suites in a central but quiet location. Immaculately designed with everything you could possibly need. Fabulous culture, shopping and dining on your doorstep

Suite (standard): much much smaller than pictures suggest. Also there was a sign on our bedroom window (door with Juliet balcony) that we weren’t allowed to open it so not only could we not access the balcony, but we couldn’t open the shutters behind it, meaning that we had no natural light in the bedroom. Really annoying. Guest benefits: only on the last day did we spot the poster about free drinks in the bar 6-7pm for guests. Would have been nice if we had actually been told about this. Baby cot: biggest grievance. Firstly, we had to Pay 35 euros PER NIGHT for a travel cot. Not even a proper cot. You can buy them for cheaper than that. I actually can’t believe I agreed to it (I swear the listing said travel cot free, proper cot paid for). But most angering was that the mattress was too small for the cot so our baby was falling into the sides each evening. I slept so badly because I kept waking to check him on the monitor and having to go in and move him. Really stressful. It is surely not meeting the required standards. When I told reception, they told me they would tell management (I’ve not heard), and then still proceeded to charge me. It’s as if they didn’t hear anything I told them! Pretty shocking. I really hope they make a change for future guests.

This is an incredible hotel in old town. Nestled right between the Castle and the cathedral, you won’t get a better location. Walk to all of the shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The interior design is exquisite and the people who work there are so nice. I will stay here again.

Ocho suites is a MUST STAY! We went on a girls trip and absolutely loved it. Spacious, clean, modern with very cool features. LOVED the location. Tons of restaurants in the area and in the center of all the action, but not on a loud street. Staff was fabulous (and they give you a welcome drink and the cute bar downstairs). One of my favorite places I've ever stayed.

Their idea is sound; there execution still has glitches; but I have NO doubt their wonderful staff will work out these issues. The staff was super receptive of feedback and the very next day fixed most of the issues. Thank you for having us Ocho :-)

I had a fantastic weekend break in this apartment, it was immaculately clean, the check in was quick and simple with very friendly staff. Location is great, I recommend this place especially for couples looking to get away,

Christian and staff were incredibly accommodating and thought of everything! He escorted us personally to our apartment and showed us how to operate everything we needed, then showed us where they had stocked food for our breakfast and afternoon snacks. The restaurant is phenomenal and wine selection more than adequate to assure your tastes are met. The proximity to old town is wonderful for walking wherever you like. It's a little noisy at night with the blinds open, but nothing ear plugs won't handle. Forget a rental car the first night thoug. You'll never find it if you haven't been there already. Other than that, highly recommend staying here!

A hotel - but more spacious. Finally a place where the bath products don’t smell like men’s perfume, where the bathroom mirrors aren’t lit from behind and that understands that you flat iron can be hard to fit in the luggage. Cozy and lovely decorated, plus the bed had two super fluffy top mattresses, making me feel like a princess. The location couldn’t be better. Pricing was a bit high for a mom with two kids as it’s based on occupancy.
