Lovely modern hotel in a good location close to the old town & train station. Good sized rooms, very clean & quiet, spotless bathroom. Very friendly & helpful staff. Would stay again.

The hotel was centrally located near the main shopping district and in walking distance of the main attractions of the city. Our room was modern and clean.

The room was comfortable and clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, at a walking distance from many attractions. However, the hotel is not a typical 4 stars hotel. Many facilities as a bar, specious lobby or fitness room are missing. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel! Location is superb very close to the metro station, shopping centre and most attractions are walkable. Breakfast has a great selection of food & drinks. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Great place for the money

Sercotel Ayala is in an excellent location being convenient for both the old town and other attractions such as the Guggenheim. Our room was spacious and very quiet despite facing the street. Pleasant staff. We didn’t have the hotel breakfast. Would happily stay again.

Second time staying here. Asked for the same room, 606, as it was very quiet last time. 606 ready when we arrived. Receptionist sorted the AC to maximise cooling. Modern, clean, a fridge and a safe. Great location. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic hotel .very clean and in a good central location. Only issue we had was the window wouldn't shut properly which meant you could hear the traffic at night .we reported the issue which was not fixed but the hotel did move us to another room.would recommended this hotel

Our stay here was fantastic. The location, the staff the rooms and the cleanliness were exceptional. They also made my husband’s 60th birthday an unforgettable one with their own personal touch!

Clean, friendly staff. Decent breakfast and a nice central location in Bilbao. Having the room next to the staff door maybe wasn't ideal but there was only one morning when they were using it.
