Very bad experience, for the first time I got a fraudulent review that I imagined comfortable and quiet during a staycation but the reality was very different from expectations! Starting from the receptionist's reception which was very lacking (playing with her cellphone while welcoming guests), no mineral water + tissue in the room + TV only as decoration + very shabby place! It was all very ridiculous & I hope you don't get fooled by the reviews given by the hotel.

The female staff was really rude, the lights went out during checkout.

I was very disappointed being there for 1 night only. It was nothing but an endless nightmare. The picture doesn't show what it supposed to be. The mattrass is hard as rock. The pressure of the water was too low. More of that, I heard noisy drilling kind of sounds like. Which is really annoyed me. And worst of that, there was too many people talked and chatted no matter the time is. In short, they will not let you take a rest.

The place is very comfortable and good for snorkeling.

Everyone is friendly, just come and stay.

Cool hotel but it's a shame the water is very salty for bathing and gargling, the staff are very friendly and helpful and I have problems when my electricity often goes out and the hot water doesn't work, but I'm satisfied staying here. My suggestion is maybe there is a pick-up at the Gili port, thank you.

Place under construction. Noisy. Pool unavailable. Service are not bad. When we enter the room was very hot. They don't turn on the aircon. Room are so big. Pretty nice design and comfort if the aircon working properly. Beach front.

The accommodation is comfortable, the location in front of the turtle points is perfect for snorkeling with family. The water is not too deep and many turtles greet us, fantastic. "Remember ... !!? Always keep the environment clean and sustainable."
