Other customers here are very civilized. The breakfast was delicious and suited our taste, especially the jelly dessert, I gave it 100 points, next time I come or my relatives come, I will introduce Seana. The air conditioner doesn't work. The refrigerator is not cold enough to keep the food cool. Breakfast choice is limited.

But the breakfast buffet is a bit small and acceptable, but there is only one part that needs improvement in the breakfast buffet, which is to have more combinations, for example, on the first day there was banh hoi but no meat or salty food to go with banh hoi and on the second day there was banh beo but no sausage to go with banh beo. I hope the hotel improves the service of combining suitable breakfast dishes, it is very ok. Everyone should choose Seana hotel when staying in Nha Trang.

Phòng sạch sẽ, nhân viên vui vẻ dễ thương, gần trung tâm. Có điều phòng hơi tối xí mình cảm giác thiếu sáng

Mọi thứ đều ok, phong sạch sẽ tiện nghi, phòng được dọn và bổ sung khăn mới mỗi ngày nhưng máy lạnh và tủ lạnh thì như trang trí không lạnh xiu nao 🥹

Mình thấy phòng nhìn đẹp hơn trong ảnh. Nhân viên lễ phép lịch sự. Mỗi ngày có sẽ nhân viên lên dọn phòng cho tụi mình. Giường cx khá êm, nchung là rất ưng ý nha.

Mình cảm thấy hài lòng về dịch vụ hỗ trợ nhận phòng sớm, phòng cũng đẹp, sạch sẽ, tuy nhiên đồ ăn sáng hơi ít món không được đưa dạng và hợp khẩu vị lắm, nhưng với giá tiền như vậy thì mình cũng hài lòng

Khách sạn cũng khá sạch sẽ, gần biển cách vài bước chân, xung quanh có nhiều tiện ích, spa thư giãn. Góp ý thêm là vòi nước vệ sinh phòng 1105 còn khá yếu nên với hơi bất tiện. Sàn nhà đi hơi dơ chân vì nền giả gỗ nên khó nhìn bị dơ. Mình thích đi trãi nghiệm nhiều khách sạn để lựa chọn khách sạn ưng ý nhất khi đến với Nha Trang lần sau. Cám ơn Traveloka và Seana Hotel.
