I loved staying at Villa Astera. The service was friendly and fast, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this villa if I ever come back to Bali.

This villa was a wonderful stay. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, not far from the city center. The food was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. During my stay, the only issue I had was with the hotel phone. I don't know why, but when I picked it up, it just went dead. Other than that, there were no further issues. Upon check-out, I received a souvenir from the villa. Thank you for the excellent service.

Astera Villa is comfortable, breakfast is a bit meh, but this is one of the most spacious and affordable villas I have ever stayed in Bali. Thanks! p.s. thanks for not adding extra charges for my little brother during our stay

Udah 2x nginap sini nyaman banget. Yang perlu di benerin pintunya agak keras kalau di buka heheh.

Sebetulnya enggak bagus-bagus amat sih ya, pintu-pintu geser susah dibuka, perlu effort lebih kalau mau buka pintu geser yang menuju ke private pool-nya, bak buat berendam tidak bisa digunakan karena enggak bisa ditutup lubang pembuangannya, dan kotor banyak kotoran entah kotoran tikus/cicak/burung. Di ruang shower kamar mandi bau lubang pembuangan/bau got. Minuman gratis cuma air mineral isi ulang 2 botol kaca, ketika habis harus minta ke petugas melalui telepon. Petugas kurang gercep, ketika kami minta sewa motor dari kami pertama sampai kami sudah bilang kami mau sewa motor Nmax untuk besok pagi, tapi bolak-balik kami tanyakan katanya Nmax tidak ready, sampai ke esokan harinya dan itupun sudah agak siangan jam 10 baru tersedia, sehingga kami motoran ke Kintamani sudah siang dari rencana awal berangkat jam 7. Ketika kami minta air minum isi ulang pun tidak gercep, harus diteleponin beberapa kali. Menu sarapan standar, dengan roti yang keras dan alat, sarapan diantar ke kamar dengan pilihan yang sudah tertera di daftar menu di kamar, dan tidak variatif menu-nya, untuk setiap orang-nya dapat 1 menu sarapan utama ditambah jus, pilihannya cuma jus semangka atau melon, buah-buahan cuma ada melon, semangka, nanas, 1 kamar dapat 1 porsi, ditambah pilihan teh/kopi. Mudah-mudahan Astera ke depannya dapat memperbaiki segala kekurangan-nya. Untuk proses check in dan check out lancar dan cepat tidak ada kendala.

Stay cuma semalam di villa ini dan ternyata kurang lama, fasilitas room lengkap banget, kamar dan toilet bersih, kebetulan dapat kamar yang cukup besar, ada layanan Netflix juga yang mau chill aja di kamar 😃, staff hotel semua ramah, breakfast juga lumayan enak dan lengkap plus dibawa ke room lagi, keren banget villanya, dan lokasi strategis lumayan deket pantai, pasti akan balik kesini lagi.

Overall, everything is okay, good. This is one of the favorite villas in Bali. But it looks like it's starting to need maintenance. The staff are all friendly and kind. But there's only 1 drawback. For the TV, there's only Netflix and YouTube. Which is where it keeps getting errors :( from the first time staying here that's the only problem, I thought it had been repaired but apparently it hasn't been updated either. So staying 4 days can't watch TV. Try fixing it adding local TV channels or don't just netflix and just youtube, because not all guests always want to watch it. But overall everything is really good. Hopefully tomorrow when you go to the villa again the TV channel will be updated. So you won't be bored if you're only one day at the villa.

It's really bad, the price is only 900 but the facilities are far from good, the shower water for bathing is really small! Can't take a shower! Complained many times" he replied "boiling our water like this" even though the water in the closet was good, then it rained at night, the room leaked! , the welcome service isn't that great! Food is not good! The wifi is very difficult to use.

The villa is clean the service is very friendly. I really like staying here, it's a shame it's only 2 nights, tomorrow to Bali I'll order Astera again.

When staying overnight the water in the villa died early in the morning until it got to the toilet so it was difficult .
