We had an amazing stay! The location is absolutely fantastic; right in the heart of everything, with bars, restaurants, and main attractions all within walking distance. The staff were incredible, especially Carola. She went above and beyond for us: welcoming, kind, and so helpful. She even came all the way to the main gate to meet us, which made us feel instantly at home. The boutique hotel itself is beautiful. The rooftop area is stunning, breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and everything about our stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

As others have mentioned, the breakfasts were amazing. We were there for four days and each day the items available were different, all home made and delicious. One of our party is Celiac and something gluten free was made just for her each day. The roof top area was nice for relaxing, complete with a hot tub and bathroom.

Fabulous stay from start to finish. Carola's so helpful with everything from car parking (despite very late arrival after flight delay) to recommendations. Situated down alley in old town, but transfer from car park kindly arranged. Breakfast is amazing, an array daily of delicious home made fare. Rooftop terrace wonderful & we were lucky to have to ourselves most days. Definitely recommend.

The staff are super friendly! An awesome breakfast is served every morning. The location is perfect and very central. We’ll come back again!

This property was very comfortable, clean and in a perfect location. The owners were very gracious and hospitable and hand made the morning breakfast that offered an amazing variety of delicious items. Best breakfast I have had in a boutique hotel. We definitely recommend this property.

The owner of the property is excellent- she made dinner reservations for us each night and gave great recommendations- the breakfast was unreal and the best meal we had because of the quality and assortment. Special treat was having Nunzio walk us through each dish and teach us where it came from locally! Absolutely delicious!

Great staff and fantastic breakfasts! They made sure they were there when we arrived. Much appreciated! Our room was tiny with just a very small window. (Claustrophobic) It was above a bar which made it very noisy. 😟

What a fantastic experience staying at Quinessenza. Carole and Nunzio were the perfect hosts, ably supported by Maria in the kitchen. each morning at breakfast was wonderful experience of beautiful Italian cuisine which you were taken through by the enthusiastic Nunzio. every request for assistance from Carole was met with a smile and only added to the overall experience. The hotel was centrally located to the old town and the carjacking arrangements were seamless in its execution

This was a magical stay, far exceeded our expectations. Family run boutique hotel, with Carola on reception and the owner Nunzio at breakfast each day. Incredibly accommodating: breakfast was never the same 2 days in a row, so many cakes, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cured meats and cheeses, and you can request eggs, plus fresh coffees made to order. You can see the love and thought poured into making this such a comfortable stay. Also right in the heart of old town, everywhere is a 1-8 minute walk in town. Would come back again, we miss Nunzio already!! Thank you for such a lovely stay

Absolutely recommend Quintessenza Domus for your next stay! Everything exceeded our expectations. This family owned place went above and beyond for my pregnant wife and I. We couldn’t be more grateful to of found such an accommodating place to stay. Carola helped with recommendations, transfers, beach umbrella/towels. Breakfast spread every morning was different and so delicious. This place is in the middle of everything so everything was perfect walking distance. Overall it was a beautiful experience for our 6 day stay

A wonderful small boutique hotel right in the middle of the old town. The transfer from our car with parking organised by the hotel was seamless and efficient. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with food freshly baked by Maria. Each day had different food. A definite highlight of our stay. Beautiful views from the roof top terrace.

This is a small family run hotel. Only five rooms. Our room was tiny but had a great balcony. We also had the use of a roof terrace. It’s right in the middle of the old town. Staff were great and the breakfast changed daily. Would highly recommend.

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at and we have travelled a lot! It is a small hotel and with that you get fantastic service. The breakfast was the most amazing hotel breakfast we’ve ever had- everything was fresh, local and homemade. It was so delicious I can’t put it into words. The roof terrace was beautiful and had views over the sea. The rooms was lovely too. Also, the service is impeccable due to it being family run and the staff were always on hand for recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Polignano.

This property is something special. You can tell that it is family run and a labour of love. They are so helpful and the breakfasts are truly insane. A huge spread of homemade sweet and savoury food. We had the room with the hot tub, which was lovely. I strongly recommend going to the rooftop terrace for sunset! We will be back

The rooms were spacious and modern and in a great location. The staff were amazing and looked after us as if we were family. They provided homemade breakfast each morning which were nothing short of sensational. If we ever come back to Pogliano A Mare, we will definitely stay here and not bother looking elsewhere.

Arrival was east and helpful. Carola helped us book restaurants and gave us tips on things to see and do. The room was lovely and the bed and pillows were outstanding. Carola’s papa’s enthusiasm for the Puglian breakfast that he had made was fantastic. We felt so welcome and wished that we had stayed longer.

Exceptional staff, the most wonderful breakfast buffet with fresh cheeses & baking, great location in old town. Our room in back was very quiet - front rooms on the street noisier.
