The stay was amazing and the location is great

Convenient location to explore North and South beaches. Convenient services fuel, electric chargers and eating facilities and coffee. Decent, no fuss breakfast. Very courteous staff, everyone we encountered!!!

Didn’t think that a hotel in a service area would be as good as it was. Hotel exceptionality clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nicely laid out and we had more than enough to eat. Unfortunately we booked for two nights but had to leave after one but will definitely be back.

Wecreally enjoyed our stay.The staff were friendly and helpful.We brought our dog with us and everyone was attentive and kind to her. The room was clean and offered everything we needed. The included breatfast was good with lots of variety and the evening meal was fine but perhaps it could have been a little hotter. All in all we had a lovely stay and would definitely use the Holiday Inn Express, Victoria Cornwall again

Welcoming staff,very helpful and professional.Friendly staff without being too pushy. Our room was ckean and the public areas were spotless. Evening meal was good but there could have been a few more choices. Breakfast was well presented.The hot food was well cooked and there were a few choices of cereals and a pop cake machine! Our dog was made to feel welcome and the extra touches such as a dog bed,food and drink containers and a welcoming treat were appriciated

Good position near a service area so options available for evening eating out.

This place was wonderful for our needs. Seemed centrally located to tour places in Cornwall and very comfortable to come home to. Having the little mall next door with McDonalds and Subway and other things made it perfect for us as Americans. The front desk people were all wonderful too. Would stay again!

From arrival, I was impressed with how clean and well-maintained everything was. The room was spotless, and it was clear this hotel takes pride in its work. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly on departure and arrival, our experience was enjoyable and comfortable.

This is a lovely hotel, we would highly recommend it. The hotel and all areas are spotlessly clean. The staff are so friendly and efficient, nothing is too much trouble. This is our second stay within 2 months, and when we are in Cornwall we would always choose to stay here.

Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend staying there. Eveything about the hotel is great. Lovely cooked breakfast included, staff are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas. Lovely room with a very comfortable bed too. We would definitely stay again without hesitation when in Cornwall.
