The rooms were old and dirty. Our shower didn’t work in the first room so we had to change rooms.

The hotel was friendly and the area is convenient

The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and although there was no staff at the hotel, a staff member quickly arrived and opened the hotel, let us get ready and stored our bags whilst we went to Petra. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised given the price we paid. It was a walkable distance to Petra and there were restaurants nearby where we had breakfast and dinner. Thank you to the staff for being helpful and accommodating.

The best place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Petra Heart hotel very much. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and well equipped, even included free snacks (which came in handy for our hike in Petra). The location was great, only a short ride (3 min) to the visitor centre and a short walk from shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend anyone who is visiting Petra.

This is where we will stay every time we go to Petra. The staff are amazing, the breakfast was great, the room is what we wanted with a great shower after 2 days of walking Petra. You can walk from hotel to entrance, but it is easier to drive and park in the free parking behind the Mozenpick hotel. They gave us a ton of information on where to go and how to get there, let us use their microwave to make popcorn.. highly recommend.

Overall, the stay was adequate, and the staff was very attentive, I felt as if I was a VIP. On the other hand, they were not prepared for food service during Ramadan and could not fulfill my needs, though they offered room service daily. Do not expect food service during fasting.

Great location, friendly stuff , good parking !

We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and nice the staff were. Rooms are clean. Great AC/heat in each room. Rooms are small by US standards but adequate. Showers are like a cruise ship. Big selection of toiletries. They put snacks and drinks in each room as well. They will help you get a tour or pick out restaurants nearby. Great pomegranate tea at check in. I will definitely return. Walking distance to many Restaurants and shops.

The staff and owner went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and easy. Recommendations on how to do petra, where to eat, what to eat. From giving us some delicious hibiscous drink when we were checking in to key chain when we checked out. It was more like visiting family than staying at a hotel. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants and things around. Its easy to drive or walk to petra visitor center. The hotel is new and spotless. And bed were very comfortable which is always hit or miss in some hotels but not this one. Thanks for a great stay guys 👌

Great propoerty for a quick in and out in Petra

Both my wife and I enjoyed our brief stay in this hotel. Breakfast was served every morning and it was delicious. Staff was both friendly and very attentive. Highly Recommend for your next stay. A
