The room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and inviting. Also the free breakfast was delicious, it was fresh and tasty. Please keep up the great work you all do. I'm definitely staying at this property again when I bring my mom.

We had an extremely comfortable stay in a large spacious twin room with a kitchenette. Location is excellent for central activities in Ulaabaatar.

Helpful staff, great location nice room. Could have used a stand alone shower rather than a tub shower.

The staff at this hotel is very friendly- one receptionist went above and beyond and helped me find a dentist when I was in a lot of pain. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it is comfortable nonetheless. It’s a very close walk to Sukhbaatar Square and multiple museums and monuments.

We request non smoking room. But they assigned a bad smell smoking room to us. And said no room to change.

The hotel does not have good communication with Orbitz. I had booked and a confirmation from Orbitz. However when I showed up, the hotel was full. They did find a neighboring hotel. My advice is call the hotel after booking to insure you have a room.

Room heating and cleanliness. Not enough drinking water.

Nice location, rooms food staff and overall positive experience. Some aspects can be improved of course, such is food variety but having in mind the pricing I believe it is a very good overall balance

Although there were a few technical difficulties with my room when I checked in, the staff moved me to a new room and did their best to make me feel comfortable. I appreciate the hospitality of the management and the staff. Also, breakfast and location are great!

The staff here were excellent - very helpful with us having three very short stays - arriving late and departing early. Storing bags, arranging laundry, making us breakfast sandwiches at 4am. Great service.

Excellent location, attentive staff, not a “cookie-cutter” sort of property. Appear to be in the process of making room upgrades.

It was good to stay right by Government Palace

Well located, walking distance to State Department Store, across the street from Sukhbaatar Square. Our reservation was different from what I had booked online and was told that there could be a price adjustment, but in the end they corrected the mistake.

Prime location. Next to the main square. Close to museums and other major attractions in the city. Also walking distance to a bus stop that takes you directly to the airport.

深夜のチェックイン・早朝のチェックアウトでしたが、フロントのスタッフの方には明るく対応していただけました。 中心地にあるので行動の拠点として便利でした。 1階にあるカレーレストラン、美味しいです。

흠... 그냥 그럭저럭 괜찮음. 청소상태는 그냥보기는 괜찮은데. 세부적으론 별로... 샤워커튼이 없어서 사방으로 물이 튀고, 샤워장은 배수가 안됨. 조식은 조금 아쉬운 정도~.
