Everything was good

Staff unfriendly. Too busy on their phones. Rooms are dated. Not a very safe area.

Does the job. Clean and attentive service.

Great service by restaurant cleaning and desk staff! Close to several restaurants.

The area was very noisy, at 7:00 am my window was pointing directly at some sort of park where they hosted Zumba classes very early and the music was very loud. he parking lot doors closed early, the security guard did responded after a few times I blew the car horn.

Great showers, huge pool, attentive staff. Rooms are old, there are some bugs (I think everywhere in Quevedo), the bar runs out of alcohol (except for beer).

The hotel is old but clean. The breakfast was adequate. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Everything was fine but they didn't know Obitz existed. They didn't have my reservation They didn't believe I had paid. I got no receipt. In other words your reservation created problems for me. I will never use you again.

Got problems getting my bill when paid through this site.

The people in the hotel is very good and the intalation the hotel is good

En el Hotel olímpico me indicaron que no trabajaban con esta plataforma y ya está hecho el cobro en mi tarjeta de crédito me tocó volver a hacer otro pago adicional para poder hospedarme llame a los números de Estados Unidos y nadie me atendió para tratar de solventar este problema

El hotel en una época fue magnífico. Luego lo abandonaron un poco. En éste ultimo viaje noté que lo están mejorando mucho. Está muy comodo y con buen servicio. Todos aire acondicionado son nuevos y las salas sociales han sido renovadas

Nevcesita un mejoramiento. Los sanitarios preferiblemente. Las medidas de ahorro son ridien los pasillos y la galeriaculas. No encienden las luces . Los aire acondicionados son muy viejos y ruidosos. Los televisores antiguos y de muy mala calidad

excelente atención de parte del personal. Las habitaciones son muy lindas!
