Very clean. Staff very professional and courteous. Loved the vibe. It was a very comfortable room and spaceous.

The rooms were clean and staff were helpful BUT the elevators did not work my entire stay. I was on the 3rd floor with a travel ice hockey team. Ice hockey gear us extremely heavy so each game of the tournament we had to use the stairs. I also had to be escorted to my room because the battery needed to be changed to gain entry as the keyless entry did not work.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great and the complimentary coffee 24/7 was nice. Staff was very friendly, accommodating and always cleaning.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel room, it’s cleanliness, or the amazing breakfast for the kids and I. The only issue was that a couple of lamp fixtures did not work because somebody smashed the buttons on them so hard. The hotel didn’t cause this, they just hadn’t replaced them.

We made it this trip for All Elite Wrestling's All In pay-per-view live at Globe Life stadium. The trip on the way was indeed a long drive....but once we crashed in for our first "night" at 12am, it helped us settle in, shower, and enjoy their complimentary breakfast by 7am.

We were there from Thursday to Monday not one time did they clean our room couldn’t get an extra blanket or towels no fan because it was hot at night

Just a place to sleep. Nothing special.

So the property is beautiful and is in a great area. The only thing that was not good was the sleeping. The beds are super stiff and we tossed and turned all night. The hotel is beautiful but, they need to invest in some better mattresses. For that I gave 3 stars.

Didnt like paying for parking, also requested for a late checkout and was denied, which is understandable due to the holiday.
