Everything was great. Clean, and the service was attentive.

The check in staff were very friendly.

Parking is a bit inconvenient, the room has bunk beds, my kids really like it

The location and facilities of the hotel are very good, the lobby and restaurant space is very nice and airy. However, the room is a bit small even though it is premium class (I stayed in room 718), the toilet exhaust fan is very weak so the toilet will smell bad if the door is not open. Breakfast has few dishes

Every time I go to Vung Tau, I choose Ibis, right on the beach, clean hotel, delicious food, lovely staff, there is a place for children to play.

Windows are so dirty. Ocean view room but couldn't see outside clearly 😭.

I have experienced many things but this ibis is really bad. The bathroom has minimal toothbrushes and tools and they are brought up only when customers call. The service is terrible. I never want to come again.

Friendly staff, the receptionist is very nice. Asked if I would wait long because the reception time was quite crowded.

Small room There are many rules in the room such as keeping clean, checking out on time. All are fined if violated, feeling uncomfortable when staying. I paid an additional 900k for an adult, then the hotel brought up 2 more blankets to spread on the floor. At first, Ibis did not give anything, after I complained, I received 2 blankets. The food does not have many dishes.

Good location, delicious buffet, worth the experience.

The lobby or breakfast restaurant is like a market, so there should be a reasonable way to check in for groups of guests. But the day I checked in, a group of guests came in and it was very messy, holding the room card and reading each person's name very loudly, like a budget hotel.

Overall the service was quite good, I was upgraded to a spacious sea view room which was quite satisfactory. However, the bed and pillows still felt unclean because the pillowcases still had a bad smell. The breakfast was delicious but there were few dishes and the refill was a bit slow, maybe I went during Tet so I was happy with this part. The hotel's location was convenient right on the beach, near the square and surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants. Will continue to support.

This is the second time I have returned to ibis styles hotel. Receptionists Khoi + Dat are very supportive, detailed and cute. The room is clean, the balcony view is very nice. The colors are youthful and dynamic. The restaurant staff serve well and support customers enthusiastically. I had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come back if I come to Vung Tau.

I stayed at ibis when the hotel first opened in 2020. I feel the service is worse now than it was then. 1. When entering the hotel, there was no waiter pushing luggage into the lobby for guests. 2. The reception staff was not enthusiastic and did not check in in order of guests arriving first and last. 3. The check-in time according to hotel hours is 3pm and checkout is 11am the next day. After 4 hours, the setup for the guests was still not completed. 4. The reservation department requested to upgrade the room and set up an extra bed but still set up the wrong room. Affecting the customers. 5. The housekeeping department did not clean the room properly. When guests asked to bring personal items up, the attitude was not happy. 6. The lobby, elevator lobby, and elevator in general are still dirty and dusty.

Very good location as the beach is just right across the hotel. The view from the rooftop is nice. Breakfast buffet selections are also good. They let me check in before 12, which was very nice as I just arrived from Ho Chi Minh city.
