The staff was friendly & helpful. I’m rating from my perspective of. Westerner from a developed country. This was a low budget motel. No amenities and located on a dirt road in a residential neighborhood. It’s sufficient for an overnight stay as it’s close to the airport and the hotel provided free airport pick up and drop off. WiFi was constantly available.

Our plan was to stay 3 days, leave the majority of our stuff for a few and then return for a night. The first part was fairly terrible. No show for the airport pick up, dinner was going to take 15 minutes, but took over an hour (what they wouldn’t tell us is that they order it out and there was a hold up. They kept implying that their kitchen was just having problems (there’s no shame in ordering it, it tasted good and was a reasonable price). Then we made triple sure they had the airport transfer ready for early the next am,. We watched her put it on a note and she gave us a card, and in the am, the van was there but the driver was at home asleep. He knew nothing about it, Our entire reason for being there was this flight. He hustled over and we made it n the Knick of time. When we, begrudgingly, returned there was a different young woman working, she sent the van, she followed up on finding something for me, and she successfully scheduled our van for the return trip to the airport the next day. This experience was vastly different. I guess the moral to the story is, staff is everything. If you get the soft spoken, slim, slightly tall young woman, run. Nothing will be followed through.

Excellent customer service, great value for money; spacious clean comfortable rooms with all the 4* amenities plus spacious fridge and reliable free airport shuttle. I'm a returning customer, this is my 6th time staying at the villa..it's now my home away from home when I visit Uganda. Highly recommend.

For the price, it's a convenient hotel, free transport to and from the airport (they even picked me up at 3:00 am from the airport). Breakfast is simple but fine and included. Dinner options are fine (not included but reasonably priced). I would stay here again. it's no frills but the staff and price are great.

I loved this place! The people were so nice and accommodating. The food was freshly made and delicious. It was a perfect spot to rest and relax after a long travel.

The neighbourhood isn't a very pretty site but the actual is very well presented with classy decor and beautifully manicured gardens.I was very comfortable.

This establishment and team are excellent, great tranquil location, comfortable and great value for money. Cannot fault the place - and have returned on many occasions for short 1-2 nght stays.

The place looks like it’s in a hidden rural area but it truly is close to everything and the customer services was great! Beautiful room, comfortable bed and gorgeous grounds.

I have stayed at Lake Point Villa three times within the last two years. The staff has always been very courteous and responsive. I have used their airport Van service and found them to be extremely helpful and timely. There was one room I stayed in that had a broken dresser and the hot water tank wasn’t big enough to take a bath in, but other than that it’s a beautiful facility. My husband didn’t like the condition of the roads going into the neighborhood, but the hotel can’t really do anything about that.

Lovely staff and very clean. Breakfast is very delicious! Surrounding area is a little isolated, but transportation is available for $6USD one-way.

The staff was very professional and polite. The room was very clean. Nice size tv and lots of premium channels. The outside and inside was beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel.
