Nice transfer hotel when you have a transfer night in Nairobi Airport. Staff is very friendly and the roof top bar is a nice place to have a drink before bed time

The room was lovely. Coffee and tea in the room with a hot pot was a treat. I enjoyed my one night.

The hotel itself was amenable enough, but the surrounding area was scary. Also, no hot water in the shower.

We booked this hotel because it was so close to the airport and had shuttle service. Our flight arrived an hr late at 11pm at night and the shuttle was there waiting. Proximity to the airport took less than 15 min. Very nice shuttle driver- Juan. The surcharge for the service was more than we expected- about a third of the room itself- both ways. But, it made late night and early departure very easy. There is a rooftop grill. Very good food and drinks. Reasonably priced. There was a good view of the surrounding area. I read previous reviews, and yes it is in a noisy area. It was tolerable until Saturday night. There is a club a couple blocks away. Very loud music started at about 8 pm and was still playing at 3:30am when we left Sunday morning. No sleep that night. If your stay includes a Saturday night, I would pass on this property unless you like to go clubbing.

The location is close to the road and noisy location and couldn’t sleep throughout the night

The facilities are just average. Good security. Poor breakfast service.

Great hospitality, limited parking space

This Hotel is close to NBO. It is clean with friendly staff, good Wi-Fi and hot showers

the property is very clean and comfortable; the neighborhood is a heavy traffic area but safe; I walked around the property without any problem. It's close to the airport which avoids me traffic jams in downtown on the way to the airport.

It is a very ordinary hotel with no attention to guest requirements. We were pushed into a non-ac room without information and we had to ask for an ac room which was allotted in a very noisy section. Our rest was severely disrupted. We are not happy with the hotel at all. Don't know why the hotel is kept so dark everywhere including the rooms.

We stayed here for one night after arriving late in Nairobi, and it was just what we needed. Nothing fancy, but it was clean, close to the airport, good price. I would recommend it.

Photos look ok, but it’s in the middle of a unsafe/intimidating area.

The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and we were offered healthy choices. We arrived at 3am and the communication was excellent. We found the driver waiting for us as promised. I would stay there again and again.

It was great- they had someone pick me up and drop me off from the airport.
