complete package hotel in Garut, strategic location, comfortable, cool air, helpful and friendly staff, every corner of the hotel is clean, we stayed in the Cigintung bungalow type, the AC works well, the hot water is also smooth, the atmosphere is nice, calm, fragrant cashiers are now available, there is a fridge too, complete amenities, you will not regret staying here

The entire staff is very helpful, always offering assistance without being asked, and the rooms are very clean. In the future, please provide smoking and non-smoking areas in the dining area, as some guests will often bring small children.

The best view, a strategic location for visiting Mount Guntur or other cafes. Highly recommended for morning joggers.

Surrounded by majestic mountains and lush paddy fields, this hotel is clean, comfortable and child-friendly. The staff are very hospitable and accommodating. Check-in was also a breeze. We loved the gardens and the island with rabbits. Very highly recommended!

Our first visit to Garut and we were interested in staying here, and it lived up to our expectations. The location is strategic, the atmosphere is comfortable, the air is clean, not cold or hot. The view is beautiful, with rice paddies and mountains. The service is excellent, and on Sundays, there's a traditional market, so it's really fun to just walk from the hotel. It's not far from the city center, but you can still enjoy the natural surroundings. Ordering a Grab is easy.

The atmosphere is comfortable, child-friendly, the pool is clean, there are many photo spots with good views, the atmosphere is very natural, the kids want to go there again, but I want to try the villa with my extended family, God willing

My stay here was pleasant, and the service was friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is that the Wi-Fi in the Cigintung Bungalow rooms is very slow and frequently disconnects, which makes the kids cranky when they want to play with their gadgets. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

A comfortable hotel suitable for families with beautiful views. There are many food stalls along the roadside and an Indomaret (you can access it through the small door near the swimming pool). The rabbit park is free to access (the rabbits are adorable), and there's also a paddle boat to explore the lake. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Ranca Bango. I'll definitely stay there again next time.😊
