Incredible staff. Wonderful service. Great food. Clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Excellent service. Staff really helped us out with a few things. Free baby cot which was very comfortable. Room was very clean. Lots of water bottles. My only problem was no shampoo… a minor detail though. Food was delicious. The buffet breakfast had dishes that were different - not the same every day which was great. And for bacon lovers…. they have bacon cooked perfectly!!

This was the best visit at any Best Western Hotel. The team makes it such a great experience. From check-in to check-out and in between. I know I will forget someone but starting with Prima and the ladies at front desk, to Charles (during his first week in the job showed more poise and care than anyone I have interacted), to Ms. Grace, Emanuel, Louis, Fred and the Chef who made sure my meals was exactly what I was hoping for. I never had the pleasure of actually talking to the young lady from housekeeping but she showed initiative and care that was unbelievable. The security guards out front and the garage - thank you. To the management - you have a gem of a team.

The hotel is clean and the rooms immaculately presented and maintained. Staff are courteous and helpful. The location is busy and the roads a little bumpy but overall a nice hotel to stay in.

Nothing really to complain about, great hotel and service. Good location. One thing that could be improved is the breakfast choices - buffet.

I was here with family for a birthday celebration. This team really understands how to take care of a guest right from check in to check out. Everything in the hotel is modern and updated. The room had some nice personal care items for guests. The location was perfect as we were able to have a night out in bugolobi which is buzzing with restaurants, bars and clubs. The breakfast buffet is a large spread of everything you can think of to eat from western items to African items. Thanks to the team we left with great memories and very relaxed.

Best hotel in Kampala. Fantastic staff, always immediately helpful. Home away from home. Nice rooms, great location but the staff are the highlight - friendly, welcoming, efficient and facilitating.

Very nice hotel. Room was in perfect condition, including the bathroom. All the necessary toiletries were provided as well as hot beverages . Only wish that the room had a fridge . Internet worked perfectly but have to factor that the hotel has minimal occupancy . Will definitely stay here again .

Its a nice new and maintained hotel. The swiming pool is there but its too small.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I did not know that it was a new hotel (opened only a few months ago). Everything was to a high standard. The food and service was great too. It was on sale on hotels.com and I believe that I got a four star experience for a three star price!

El precio que tiene este hotel es altísimo para lo que realmente es el hotel. Acabados de las habitaciones malas, aire acondicionado con mucho ruido, la música de los pasillos a un nivel alto a las 2am donde parece que estés en una discoteca... Para nada recomendable Experiencia decepcionante.
