Hotel was okay, very close to the water but we preferred other hotels in the area more. Considering the cost, I did not feel the accomodation was worth it relative to other places nearby

We found our 1st Rm #39 to be extremely cold. We were mived to Rm #11 & with a heater we were much more comfortable. Staff were great!! Had a lovely time in Swakopmund....great town!!

Friendly staff and close to town

Great location directly opposite the pier. Extensive breakfast buffet. Kind, professional, friendly staff, (except for one guy whose job included wiping down outside railings and furniture, etc, who repeatedly stared inappropriately every time we were coming and going, and did not ever say hello or smile). The primary negative was having no heat in the room, as the evenings were quite chilly. We had to keep our coats on until we went to bed, which made those hours uncomfortable.

The rooftop terrace is a fantastic place to watch thr sunset. Just metres from the ocean and an easy walk to resturants and shops

The property is old and not updated. No amenities in the room. Generally a disappointed but we basically just slept there and did our activities. Would not recommend

Very safe and convenient hotel, the staffs are friendly. The room is spacious and clean, the laundry service is good and very affordable.

The place was clean, the staff was very friendly and they responded quickly to our requests/issues. Clean linen, spacious rooms, working elevator, quiet environment. Same breakfast options throughout our stay - definitely boring.

Well located but some rooms need refreshing

We were a group of 8 people in 8 rooms. Most rooms were excellent however considering we paid the same price for all rooms, some were of lesser quality and obviously older and not renovated. They also had issues with hot water. The rooms in the « older » section should be less expensive

Great location. Great price. The breakfast could use some more meat options. Comfortable bed.

The check-in was nice and the room looked good. The issue was there was no fan or air con and it was very hot in the room, so we had to leave the windows/doors to the balcony open. This resulted in us recieveing mosquito bites all over our faces and arms. Very unpleasant. The rooms at least need fans so you can keep the bugs out. The shower drain was also blocked so you had to turn it off every minute or so to allow it to drain and not overflow. The breakfast was good. Overall the hotel is nice just needs some final thoughts like fans in the place of having windows open or window screens as there are many mosquitos in the area that will come in if the windows are open. Had more bug bites here in one night than our entire camping tour throughout southern Africa!

Staff was really friends and breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everything was walking distance away and staff can advise on multiple activities which you can do close by. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Nina and the other reception lady went out of their way to help and knew every guest by name! Great location and great service.

Very well run hotel. The view of the sea was lovely and internet very good. The town and seaside location was a great recovery experience after a busy trip. We loved it. A highlight from our holiday. We stayed an extra night and cancelled a different hotel, so that will tell you this place is worth using.

Great hotel, value for the price. Right by the ocean and good restaurant around the corner for seafood. Place is clean, beds are comfy. Free breakfast is good. Staff super friendly. Secure parking at no charge. Nice sun decks to enjoy the weather. Nice bar on property with friendly bar staff. Breakfast ladies were friendly and very helpful. Front desk gentleman was friendly and very helpful suggesting local things to do. He even called and made a dinner reservation for us. Highly recommend this place.
