There were no hair dryer neither iron, which i consider basic items, specially when you travel light.

Deberían de especificar los desayunos quienes aplican y quienes no. El jacuzzi de mi habitación estaba sucio tuvieron que durante dos horas limpiarlo con nosotros dentro de la habitación

Every one who work at Wyndham hotel was very happy and polite, we had a great time.

I stayed a weekend in this 5 star hotel and my experience was amazing. From the minute you arrive the staff will make you feel like a VIP guest. At the front desk Melanie Moreira did everything for us to have an absolutely awesome stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The staff is so friendly and make you feel welcome at all times. There are lots of places to walk to nearby to get food, the area is safe and near the Mall del Pacifico and Playa Murciélago. The pool is so spacious and safe for kids in the shallow area, sunsets by the pool are stunning and it’s a must to get they specialty cocktails at the pool bay. I will definitely come back to 5 star hotel. THANK YOU SO MUCH for your excellent customer service and for making my family vacation so special!

Lack of proper communication about the breakfast cost. It was a buffet and the cost is very high 25 usd for what they serve and specially if you as me only wants to have a small breakfast. The hostess told me i was able to order a coffee and one bread and was surprised when I had to pay the buffet! Moreover, my room was super noisy and wasn't able to sleep at night. I did not receive any vip benefits which I was entitled to.
