Satisfactory service, staff are very helpful and welcoming. Check in is easy and fast. Shuttle bus to Masjidil Haram is on standby 24 hours, now only 2 bus transfers to Haram, because of the many pilgrims entering the month of Ramadan. Previously only once directly to the bottom of the Zam Zam tower. Recommended hotel and comfortable for families...

The hotel has all the good and pleasant facilities... unfortunately the location is quite far.. even though there is a shuttle bus, it takes quite a lot of time.. not recommended for parents and children

The staff were friendly and professional. All was good except for the bathroom. It smells!

Stayed here in the last 10 days of Ramadan when the hotels in the courtyard were expensive, then we extended it to 3 days of Syawal, and Voco was really a choice that we were grateful for, walking to the Haram was quite far, about 1.3 km, but it was nice because the road was flat and along the way there were many shops to feast your eyes on, and most importantly the shuttle bus was smooth during the month of Ramadan except for the hours before prayer, Voco was great, 5 star service, helpful staff, all friendly.

Nginep 2 malem disini pas ramadhan 2024. Ada shuttle bus tp bis ga selalu ada on time. Hari ke1 mau balik ke hotel nunggu 30 menit lebih. Hari ke2 mau balik hotel ternyata supir demo dan mogok. Jd ke hotel naik taxi 40 real.

A very pleasant experience, the hotel is nice, everything still looks new, the air conditioner is very cold, we often even turn off the air conditioner, the room is spacious enough for the five of us, even though I brought a toddler, he had enough space to play, there is a complete mall under the hotel, and from the mosque to the hotel there are many restaurants, supermarkets and clothing stores, yesterday I asked for early check in and was given, the check in schedule is at 5 pm, thank God at 1 pm we were allowed to enter because we arrived in Mecca at 3 am, so after leaving our suitcases we could immediately perform Umrah, after finishing we could immediately check in, the shuttle bus is always ready in front of the lobby door, they have 10 buses ready to take turns.
