There were lots of small cockroaches, and the sheets had water stains that wouldn't wash off and smelled. There were also small orange cockroaches in the Emerald North room. Please pay more attention to cleanliness. But the swimming pool is a plus.

when checking in, the staff was not cooperative. I had difficulty finding the office to get access to the room. there is a deposit of 100 thousand. the cleanliness of the room is lacking. there are still cigarette butts. the floor is sticky. the sheets and pillowcases smell like they haven't been changed. the amenities are only towels. there is a refillable gallon of water. the TV can only use YouTube. the AC is cold. the bathroom is quite clean but smells damp, the hot water is on, the jet washer is slightly leaking

Stayed here for 2 days because of its strategic access, for a standard studio room only. no dispenser/gallon water, microwave, but there is a refrigerator, the AC is not cold enough. includes 2 towels and 2 toothbrushes along with free wifi in the room. overall for that price it's worth it. and for room 1106 the view is beautiful directly towards the pool.

The sheets were only turned over and not replaced, the result was uncomfortable sleeping and itching from other people's marks, the sheets and towels smelled

Overall it's good, the staff is just indifferent.

Very cozy! I even extended it for 2 days, the staff and cleaning team were friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the AC was cold and when I asked for a change of sheets and new towels, it was immediately approved, I was lucky to get this room🫠💖

There are no tissues, no towels, no toiletries. Please improve the facilities.
