Didn’t get the room I had reserved and was promised a change but this wasnt fulfilled. Decided not to make a follow-up to test if they would do it. They didn’t. There was construction in the property making it very noisy during the day. It was an inconvenience.

Pretty good place and no complaints other than a request to have two rooms on the same floor was not addressed (starts dates a day off). Had made the request a while back and then again at check in. We saw other rooms be turned around on our floor but our elderly parents who checked in a day later still be on a different floor. I understand being fully booked, but there was absolutely no accommodation from the hotel.

The breakfast food was not fresh. You could tell it was not made fresh that day especially the fruits. Had stomach issues

I found the property to be a very good choice for accommodation in Dar Es Salaam. It’s well situated, a short ride or an easy walk, to most points of interest in the business district and ferry port, for those looking to access Zanzibar via ferry. The staff overall were quite welcoming and friendly, and I found the room to be comfortable, clean, and with adequate amenities. The onsite restaurant is quite decent as well. Plus, other eateries are within walking distance of the hotel. Overall, an enjoyable stay.

Fantastic service from the bar, restaurant, & customer service desk. I recommend this hotel 100% for business travel in Dar! Walter was especially helpful to my friend & me with many matters related to taxis and ubers. Very professional! We felt welcomed in every area as it was our first time in Dar es Salaam.

Always a perfect choice for business travelers, clean, calm and relaxed atmosphere. However, some ladies at the reception need more training on treating customers right.

Took care of us, from airport pickup, included meals, and special attention to help us get to our next destination.
