Beautiful ocean views. Great for family travel. Staff all around was attentive to our needs. Restaurants did not disappoint and we look forward to visit soon

Nos ofrecieron un cóctel de bienvenida que nunca llego y nos quedamos viendo como a unos extranjeros si se los dieron. La cama del cuarto olía a humedad el primer día, después lo arreglaron y no hubo problema. En general la experiencia fue muy buena y el hotel es muy recomendable.

The location & staff had excellent services. Room was very equipped and air conditioning is excellent.

This property is beautiful. It is an hour drive from the airport and Ubers are scarce. Recommend getting a car if you plan to go off property during the stay. They do have a transportation service as well. Food was very good, and the staff is beyond helpful. Thank you for a memorable stay! Kids loved the water slide!

El hotel esta lindo,nada expectacular la habitaciones estan muy comodas eso si tienen a su favor, realmente comodas pero si tu plan es ir de luna de miel funciona, si eres una pareja con ninos pequenos tambien funciona pero el hotel es excesivamente caro en cualquiera de sus servicios, alimentos, bebidas, actividades y de haber sabido que terminaria gastando lo que gaste hubiera reservado en el Secrets Bahia Mita y hubiera estado mil veces mejor y sobre todo si llevas adolecentes o jovenes , al final pague mas aqui y se aburrieron mis hijos. siempre pago por 2 habitaciones en cualquier hotel y quisimos probar este y cambiar la dinamica un poco pero todo se termina super temprano a las 7:00pm ya no hay nadie por ningun lado y los restaurantes a las 10:00 ya cerraron. si quieres venir y estar en completo silencio y una calma al 100% este es tu lugar de los contrario hay otras opciones por el mismo precio y estan increibles. Termine pagando el day pass del secrets.

It was a lovely property with nothing within walking distance except run down hotels. The property itself is secure and safe and we liked the staff a great deal. Food options were very limited and expensive

Excellent food and service… Staff is extremely helpful! The entire ambience is beautiful.

The property in the staff were amazing. The only issue is the food and drinks are extremely overpriced. We found ourselves leaving the property after the second day to get much better quality food for substantially less. The drinks at the property were average, with premium pricing. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The resort was clean and safe.

The service is amazing and property is beautiful! It is a little pricey though. I think for the amount they charge, it should be all-inclusive. I highly recommend dinner at Codex. That was worth every penny and I would go back to Conrad just for dinner there.

The staff was amazing. Everyone spoke English well. The restaurant options were somewhat limited. I did not like the fact that they did not have ice machines anywhere on the property. I would have to call room service to get ice.

What an amazing hotel, the staff from the moment we arrived made us feel like royalty, definitely coming back! The food was fresh and exquisite, on point on every little details! Great great great hospitality from Christian our butler for our suite and great service from Paleta the pool restaurant, and big shout out to Alejandra at mesquite… Conrad is amazing and we will be back!
