Good hotel

There were on site staff for parking that I felt safe to leave my car. There was also a staff at the public bath entrance, ensuring safety of the hotel guests. The hotel offers excellent breakfast buffet.

I liked its location, cleanliness, big bath, quietness, friendly staff. The Italian restaurant was wonderful, too.

Bathroom design is not good enough. The room was good.

Very close to underground. Easily find convenient stores surrounding. No restaurants nearby.

Was great has everything you need. Room was comfortable. Pillow can be better though.

Triple room. Comes with 3 with single bed. Room is spacious and can open luggage on the floor. There is public bath on reception level as well. Location is ok and will stay here again.

Everything was satisfactory with the hotel, especially the breakfast which was varied and delicious. The pajamas were a nice touch. The pillows, however, felt like a sack of rice. The hotel allowed us to leave our big luggages while we went to another city for 3 days and returned to the hotel for the last leg of our stay. The luggages were efficiently brought to our new rooms without our asking. The location was a good walk to and from a subway line. There are several convenience stores and a supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

The rooms are large and clean. The amenities are nice (specially the slippers) The location was also very good

Really enjoyed our stay here. Excellent customer service and LOVED the huge bed and rooms. Lot of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel and really close to the Watanabe-Dori subway station. Will definitely be staying here when we come back to Fukuoka.

The hotel room is no view, and the cleanliness is average can find dust. The queen size bed is very hard, sleep till me & my hubby backache. The front desk staff & the car parking officer is helpful. Overall rather disappointed with the hotel facilities. I hope the hotel can review & make improvements. Thanks

Recommended 👍 good location which is just in the middle of Tenjin and Canal City, easy access to both main area in Fukuoka, restaurants and coffee shops nearby too. Hotel staff are very nice, we are able to get a 3-beds room upon arrival, room size is very reasonable as compared to other hotels in Japan. The in hotel spa is definitely an add on bonus!

Great hotel! Walking distance to shopping, subway, Hakata station. 7-11 right across the street. It was the largest room we had at the end of the trip for our family of 4. There was a lot of room for all of us to lay out our luggage and then some. They did not charge us for having too many people either.
