A very convenient location which hv access to all F&B and transport like buses & trams. Only problem is the room I got is facing the main road and it is very noisy outside even after midnight where still have young people making noises at the street. Breakfast is considered fair for such hotel, rooftop bar is nothing to shout about.

It was central to what I wanted to see and do

As long as you don’t expect too much then it’s fine. More than fine. The people are very friendly and the location is absolutely excellent walking distance to everything. Overall good value for money if you’re not expecting luxury. Biggest concern was that other than breakfast they really don’t serve food and at a restaurant that serves food cross-section would be good. Also cleaning of the walls of the room with Tom and Handy, but it was more that’s OK.

Very nice stay. The private rooms are great, with a lot of thought into the little things like slippers and shoe horns. Breakfast was nice and convenient and the staff was very nice and helpful. Everything is getting a little pricier in Zagreb, but of the places i stayed Timeout heritage was most worth the price.

It was certainly a unique experience , night club in the basement roof top bar. Rooms were very mixed we all paid the same rate but our friends room was more than double the size of ours.

Me, my sister and our friend had 3 nights at the hotel. The facilities were great, there is the main bar, a rooftop bar and an underground nightclub open Fridays and Saturdays with 2 rooms which played different music, we had a fantastic time. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice enough buffet. The hotel is in an excellent location with plenty of bars and restaurants in and around the square which is a couple of minutes walk away. There are lots of museums to visit and organised walks taking you to see the sites of Zagreb. Overall a fantastic city break and so pleased we chose this hotel. I would definitely stay here again

Worst hotel stay in my life. There is a nightclub on the 4th floor that pumps loud music until 5 am and a lounge on the ground floor that also plays music. The overall environment is not clean and the room stinks of smoke. Overall, could not sleep until after 5 am. People come to a hotel to sleep, not to listen to loud music. It made my stay in Zagreb very unpleasant.

Had a fun time

Timeout Heritage Hotel is really nice. In a perfect location, centrally located. It has a nice bar and nightclub. Room was good, bed perfect and shower in the bathroom was excellent. There was an in room safe and fridge. My room had a balcony which was nice. Breakfast is good and standard for Zagreb. Reception staff are very kind and friendly.

On the app they said they had parking, main reason why we booked this hotel. 12 hours before arriving they sent an email saying they did not have parking. The guy in reception at check in was not friendly. The rooms have zero privacy and you can hear everything from other rooms, the curtains/blackouts aren’t the right measurements and you can see from outside through the windows

The hotel is located in between bar and club bit in the hotel you cannot hear anything. Rooms are clean and have everything needed. Parking nearby Staff are amazing Topnotch

Construction was being carried out in the Restaurant area with loud noises going on from early morning until late afternoon. Very loud hammering sounds. No hotel staff apoligised for this. My recommendation is all staff require an in depth customer service training courses. Also housekeeping need to be more quite in corridors of room areas. I could here everything outside my room. The positive feedback I will say is the location of the property.

If you like your sleep then this is NOT the place for you. I was on the third floor and the noise from their night club in the basement was loud up till 5am

Hello, the hotel stunk of Cigarette Smoke , due to smoking in Restaurant, due to high ceiling and ppl using the lift , my toilet stunk of poo , probably coming through the vents/ventilation system, no locks on window, toilet wash bowl too close to shelf , you knock your forehead,

The area around Timeout was great and the overall location was perfect for a quick visit to Zagreb. The breakfast was also pretty good. But those are the only positive things we can say about this hotel. It’s rundown, noisy and no where close to a 4 star rating. To get into the dilapidated reception you have to walk through a smoke-filled dark and dingy bar. This is also where breakfast is served (vs the open-air rooftop area). No idea who gave this a 4 star rating. It is not!!

I loved it, in the center of Zagreb. Just a note: the hotel is combined with a nightclub and the rooms are very specially designed. I liked it a lot and will come back if will go again to Zagreb. It is mot about noise in the room — the sound isolation was good and I slept very well. But if you prefer an old-style comfort and quit silence in the lobby, may be think about another place to stay.
