Socrates, the staff manager, is the highlight of this hotel. He offered us a complimentary room upgrade and took the time to provide us useful tour information and advice about visiting the islands. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast was good, but perhaps not quite a four star level breakfast. The hotel owners might consider dropping the advertisement of the rooms having balconies as they are tiny, useful mostly for hanging clothes to dry and with a view toward other buildings where others are likewise hanging their clothes to dry. Our travel mates stayed in another room and were equally impressed with Socrates; they had no interest in having a balcony with a view and so it did not bother them. Some reviewers said that the rooms are not sound proofed and that road noise makes it hard to sleep. We heard nothing and slept soundly. The airport shuttle service was reasonably priced and professional. We stayed on floor 3 and our travel mates were on floor 4.

Manager Socrates and his staff are excellent. The facility is very clean. The breakfast is sanitary and ample. The location of the property on a very busy road/mini highway and advertising the tiny, tiny balcony with a view to other buildings with drying laundry should be reconsidered.

We loved our stay at Heritage Hill Hotel! Literally everything was perfect!

Room was clean, location is great for walking with food coffee and the bread factory right beside which had warm food. The hospitality was exceptional as all the staff were great. We truly felt welcomed here at Heritage Hill Hotel and in Greece. Thank you for accommodating us.

Hotel was close to various restaurants, Subway, Plaka, Acropolis etc. However, check in was made by a lady not happy to be working late. The guy in the second night was way better. Breakfast was ok, but not good. Room had some parts falling off like the faucet on the shower, and toilet lid haging even though the hotel didn't seem old or dated. Overall it was ok but price was high for what I got.

No parking But parking is a 2 min walk by the metro 8euro a day

The hotel is in walking distance to all the main sights with transport options close by. The rooms were really clean with very comfortable beds and the staff were excellent, very friendly and always willing to help.

Fantastic staff who were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay in Athens comfortable and easy. The room was lovely and clean and some fantastic food options and drink places nearby.

Three day business trip. Comfortable boutique room, little on the small side for two, but was fine for me on my own. Breakfast was decent.

Great boutique hotel- beautiful decor in the lobby and the room. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was incredible- fresh juices, breads, eggs and sliced meats. The room was small, but really nicely decorated and laid out. Awesome view of the Acropolis from the balcony, which had really comfortable chairs. We enjoyed the peekaboo shower (you’ll understand when you see it) and the body wash/shaving kit/accompaniments. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch, even though neither of us are wine drinkers. Plenty of food places nearby. Be sure to try the bakery down the street! We were in walking distance to several neighborhoods and got our steps in daily. The only negative was the noise from the busy road the hotel is on. The first night was quite active but the next two weren’t so bad. Ear plugs also helped. Quite a nice find, with the nice views and on-site restaurant. Highly recommend staying here for the ambiance and proximity to shopping and restaurants.

Heritage Hill Hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the location made it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to make our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was abundant with a great variety, fueling us perfectly for our days out in Athens. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay and bed was extremely comfortable!

Good clean modern hotel in a convenient location.

The woman who checked us in was nice and efficient. We arrived around 3:00 PM and our room was ready as expected. The staff in the new roof top bar restaurant was amazing. I wish I had gotten the woman's name, but she was full of information about the new facility, and the city itself. She engaged in conversation about Athens with us and some other patrons, and was a delight. Our favorite person was Sotiris! He helped us with several requests about where to purchase a new suitcase, and where to purchase good olive oil to bring home. He was very professional and wrote everything down for us, so that we could refer back to the information. We also enjoyed the woman who was behind the bar at breakfast. One morning we were attempting to use the was dispenser to fill our water bottles, and she took them for us and filled them from the main filter water dispenser. She was also very good at customer care.
