There's no receptionist on the lobby. You checked in with video call and you get the code for your room. Room was spacious compared hotels in tokyo if you're traveling with family is more than enough space. But the bed kinda bit cramped for two people who sleep in together. They also provide sofa bed with extra blanket and pillows. Few amenities on the lobby such as comb, body towel, and razor. Have vending machine on the lobby as well. There was inside washing machine also they provided you detergent and there was kitchen as well full of utensils, plates, glass. They also had in room microwave, refrigerator, and kettle. Cons, they don't clean your room so you have to clean it for yourself unlike other hotel that you can request daily cleaning in this hotel you're the one who's gonna clean up your mess if you're an messy person. Also if you want to change your towel you have to scan google barcode so they know you want to change towels.

First time staying at a hotel without anyone to greet us, even to open the door, using a code that was sent via email, and check in via video call: D. First, you have to read all the rules, because no one can help you without a reservation. To change towels, you have to request via Google form. Anyway, we stayed for a night. The bathtub is very small; it's for a baby. The toilet and shower are separated, which is very nice. There is a refrigerator and electric stove. The space is spacious, so you can open large luggage in the room. Near the hotel, there are kombini like Family Mart and 7-11. For Muslims, if you're lucky, you can meet the cashier and ask whether the food is halal or haram. The hotel is near Dotonburi, where there are some halal restaurants nearby. There are also drug stores nearby. So, this is a nice place to stay; the internet speed is fast, so you can upload YouTube videos :).

Good location, close to Dotonbori, Namba, Shinsaibashi, also easy to find food, can warm up food, can wash clothes because there is a washing machine and detergent, basically it's good and highly recommended to stay here.

The location is really good, few minutes walk to Nippombashi station and Dotonbori. Spacious room suite for family of 4-5, equipped with washing machine. Check-in process is a little bid difficult, you have to do e-check in from 4pm, but it 's secure for guests as code are required for entering building and room.
