booked a high class room with a view of the valley and mountains, when arriving the staff said that booking on Traveloka was random, led me to a room on 2 basement floors, with a view of the roof's electric wires. In the morning, the excavator on the road next door was noisy, in the evening there was karaoke until late at night, the soundproofing was extremely bad, everyone walking and talking in the hallway could hear. I needed a microwave to heat food but it was also broken, I don't understand why. Although the receptionist was very enthusiastic, it couldn't make up for this terrible experience, that room was only for storage or for staff to rest, not greedily letting guests stay and then covering it up with the same expensive room class to book. I suggest Traveloka work clearly with the homestay owner.
