Dear Guest, First, we sincerely apologize that your experience at Moonlight Valley did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize that the view and tranquility of the room you booked did not meet your expectations. Regarding room allocation, since bookings are made through the Traveloka platform, our current system does not allow you to select your preferred room. Instead, you will be automatically assigned to the same room type, and all room albums within that category will be automatically generated. However, we will review upcoming room types and work with the booking channel to adjust and update the room descriptions to ensure clarity and avoid misunderstandings. Moonlight Valley is committed to providing guests with a comfortable and relaxing space through soundproofing, in-room equipment maintenance, and coordination with the surrounding environment.
