The hotel staff is nice, free swimming tickets at Paradis Q water park for 2 people/room for 1 night and for toddlers under 80cm tall are free, but the restaurant service is only until 20.30 WIB so when you are hungry there is no food available, the menu prices are cheap and affordable but the kitchen staff is slow in providing the food ordered, because there is 1 receptionist, 1 restaurant person so the service is slow, please fix the shortcomings!
