We arrived a bit early at around 12:45 to the hotel lobby after long overnight flight and we wanted to leave the luggage at the hotel and go out. But then we decided to stay and do the check in, the people in the tiny front desk told us the check in is at 2pm. We waited and they showed no flexibility in accommodating us, eventually some other people came in at around 1:30ish, and when they checked them in, they allowed us to do the check in…unneeded lack of flexibility to my opinion. Other than that the hotel was fine, nothing special, about 7-8 min walk to the train station

The staff was great and we were welcomed efficiently, kindly, and with all information needed. I was very happy that the front desk was able to lend us a digital luggage scale. There was a broken soap dispenser in the shower and a loose reading lamp at one of the beds. A technician came to repair it but nothing changed. The hotel is extremely conveniently located to the metro train that made for very easy connections to the city centre, airport and Sweden, and to a mall with a food court, large grocery store, and various shops of all kinds. I would happily stay here again.

Hotel was immaculate but no air conditioning in the room so we had to open the window that overlooked a busy noisy street. No coffee in the room and paid coffee in the lobby was offered in the morning. It was difficult to reach the hotel by car as the entrance is accessed by a back road.

Perfect for our family of 4 while we explored Denmark and a little of Sweden. Very close to the train station.

Quick drive to airport and downtown area. The parking garage is next to/attached to Burger King.

The room was tiny, no cupboard and not even a night table by the bed. The walls were stained and wallpaper looked dirty. I believe it's the worst hotel we ever stayed in

I wanted to give 5 stars but only issue we had during our stay is that our room TV did not have a TV signal and we were not able to watch TV at all. The technician was supposed to come but did not come. Other than that, we were satisfied and wanted to give 5 star rating

We only stayed for a few hours to sleep but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the airport which made it convenient for our early flight. I would have like to have stayed longer because the room was nice and comfortable. We got the family room, it had one large bed and twin size bunk beds for my kids which worked out well for the 4 of us. A room like that is hard to find in Denmark.

Maybe this an EU thing but there is NO A/C. Nice staff and nice room but super hot room.

Staff were super communicative, helpful and friendly. Room was small, but very clean and adequate. Hotel was very nice, within a quick walking distance to a big mall and the metro.

Location near train stations. New property. A bit pricey, and breakfast was IMO very expensive.

Great location, close to the metro and train. Nice peaceful area justboutaide the city. Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Clean basic room, fan provided as room was warm. Room was cleaned everyday.

Very clean. Breakfast very good.and service very good in the lobby. Rooms are very small with no place to put clothes away as we stayed 4 nights. Rooms were not made up at all except on arrival. Would not recommend this hotel

This hotel had no A/C and we did not arrive until late in the evening after a long travel day. The window had not been opened prior to our arrival so it was like stepping into a sauna. The window only opened a little (more like a vent) so it did not cool overnight and the hotel did not have any fans when asked. So the sleep was pretty bad unfortunately. The room was clean otherwise so if you’re not going during a warm month, I think this would be pleasant!
